Extremely poor culture. Micro-managed to near tyrannical proportions. Management take the thought process of "Guilty until never proven otherwise". You're treated like an idiot and not given any opportunity to explain yourself.
Manager really needs some communication style adjustment. Team leaders are nice but seem to get the job because they've been there the longest.
Just an awful, demoralising place. Steer clear or have a plan to move onto something else.

Typical 8:30-5:00 workplace
Learnt to manage technicians runs
Booked appointments and changed times and dates
Learnt a new database
Worked with a nice team
However the database was terrible, crashed and glitched everyday
Management was not very supportive, unrealistic expectations with completion of jobs when the database does not work effectively on a daily basis

Micromanaging and favouritism with staff. You can only grow if you are a favourite. They appoint people that aren’t experienced to senior or team leader roles. They lie about your process in order to demote you and then make you work 3x harder to get back to where you where. 

There is so much I could say but I don’t have enough characters, I would never work there again and would not recommend working there either.

This company has a very bad culture.  No long term job security.  Bar gets moved consistently when you achieve it.  No chance for promotion or recognition.  Don’t speak out unless you want a solicitor thrown at you.  They will throw you under a bus 

It was a horrible experience working here.  From the ridiculous way they train you to the unqualified team leaders who enjoy bringing you down in front of your colleagues.  The way they treat their customers is rude and disrespectful and is evident in their google reviews.

Always working and work hard, never acknowledged. Always go above and beyond. Get nowhere unless you’re a favourite. Unpaid overtime is never acknowledged. Revenue issue is not a staff issue, it’s a process issue. Something that should have been addressed a long time ago 

Only worked at this place for a couple of months and found that almost everybody I encountered disliked their job mainly due to the unrealistic expectations of the managers. I would definitely not work here again.

Not a great place to work. Field support team in understaffed and overworked to the point of people not wanting to go to work. If you are off queue for more then 5 mins you get passive aggressively told to get back on.


Great team atmosphere and support. Ample and efficient training. Great opportunity for someone with prior experience in data entry. Regular system failures and updates.
