Every day was a great day for me

A typical day at work was very exciting but it's quite challenging.
I learned to collaborate and finish my tasks on time.
The management were very supportive.
The workplace has a diverse culture.
The hardest part of the job is dealing with clients.
The most enjoyable part of the job is work life balance.

Only if there is nothing else going. Hard management, untidy worksite, shortage of tools, have to watch your back all the time, no D&A testing, was close to home, 10 mins away.

This company was great to work for but I have chosen to become more of involved in business and would like to experience not working away from home all the time. I loved being a Tradie but would like to reframe from working long hours and not being around culture.

The Work Crew were Awesome. It was like my family during my project period. I spend an awesome 7 months of my life working at the Tank construction project.

I am respected, l can work autonomously with encouragement.
I can speak to all levels of management to get my results.
I have been shown the possibility of  promotion. 

Great work culture. Great team. Although company management could be improved. I learnt many skills whilst my time at Saunders. I was there for many years.

Good solid company with 60 years experience in steel tank building. The Sunders company ins committed to a strong safety culture and has good systems and processes in place.

Great working environment and safety processes.  Provided training as required. Team working environment.  Great work and family balance. Adhere to safety protocols
