If you’re desperate for decent pay, it’s a good shot. Kept me going until it didn’t. Management are no help whatsoever, besides watching cashiers like a hawk from their station at the office. Got berated for talking to fellow employees at 9pm when literally no’one was at the store and all closing tasks were completed.  I thought the employees were pretty chill and easy to talk to up until it turned into a sort of toxic dynamic where people were bad talking each other  for some semblance of entertainment. Sacca’s goes through their cashier’s like barbie goes through her clothes, you think you’re safe and one of the permanent one’s until you’re never sent a roster again. There’s no stability and no one is happy, but hey the bakery gives free stuff to take home during late shifts sometimes. Or maybe that’s past tense now. 

Would not recommend working here as I would get left alone with customers lining up at the tills without proper or sufficient training on how to use the register which was incredibly stressful. definitely felt like the mangers didn't really know what was going on 90% of the time and some were just kind of rude. I never even got my uniform the whole time I worked there after being told it would be ordered. the final straw was getting in trouble for apparently "not showing up for my shift" when I wasn't ever sent a roster the whole time working despite asking for it to be emailed. This issue occurred on multiple occasions and they actually tried to blame me each time for not showing up to a shift I couldn't possibly have been aware I had. luckily I got a new and muchhhh better job and left ASAP

I worked here for a few months. This is most certainly one of the most awful experiences I have ever had for a job. Management are extremely rude and inconsiderate, they have no appreciation for the effort you put into the job. They will berate you and embarrass you in front of everyone without consideration for your feelings. It is an extremely stressful and poor environment to work in and I have zero respect for the owners, who are extremely arrogant and dismissive of their workers. There is almost zero conflict resolution between workers if ever required and it seems middle management can get away with bullying their workers.

It's very difficult to work in the toxic environment. The management doesn't listen to their employees. They should work on their management if they want to grow their business, otherwise they will be in a loss very soon. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Its really Toxic and very stressful. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Whenever it's busy, they get the help from their employees. But they never bother about them after that. Company should at least appreciate their those employees who are good in work.

I worked for the business for 6 months give or take. It was possibly the worst company I have ever worked for. 
The company and management were unorganised, staff got abused daily, there was no clear management, there was no team work or support. We were all over worked. It was honestly chaos.

Constantly getting told what we weren't doing right.
There was bullying within the team, which got mentioned to management, nothing got done about it and there was a huge turnover of staff.

If the company was supportive, understanding, kind and approachable things would be completely different. Management need to listen to their staff and take on feedback.

Worst company I've worked for. Management/owners have no clue how to manage staff, let alone run a business. No training is provided and there is a poor workplace culture - you are just there to fill a job slot essentially. All staff are casual and hours are inconsistent - one week they will make you work 40-50 hours; making you feel guilty if you don't. The next, they will give you one five hour shift. Rosters are sent out the night before your shift - giving you no work life balance or time to plan your week. No staff discount or benefits, management/owners are rude and do not listen to staff input. Do not work here. 

Regrettably, the work/life balance here is a joke, job security is a joke; one week you have 40 hours next week you will have 5 hours in a week depending on the mood of manager. Management prefers their own people or someone they know personally to work more hours, resulting in your hours being drastically cut. Managers say on your face they can’t give you shifts because they don’t want to pay you more and rather have juniors work more shifts as they get paid lesser. Overall 1/10 experience working here, got mentally exhausted and almost went broke due to the fact I would get offered 4-5 hours a week, despite millions of requests for hours. So, if you’re looking for stability this isn’t the place. 

This was by far the worst job I’ve ever had. Management is disorganised, shows blatant favouritism, and has no respect for staff. Shifts are constantly reduced without notice, leaving employees with unstable hours and no financial security. Hard work goes completely unrecognised, while laziness is ignored. The work culture is negative, draining, and full of unnecessary stress. There are no real opportunities for growth or support  just a cycle of false promises and disappointment. If you’re looking for steady work or a healthy environment, stay far away.

Don’t work for these people some colleges are beautiful but owner and area manager are the worst to work for one week you have 5 shifts the next you might have none no job stability they go through staff like it’s some sort of game no security at all I have seen a lot of people come and go . You have the  owner and there family come in and watch and judge every move and don’t fall for the job discounts you only get 10 percent off coffee and food it’s a joke and don’t you dare take a drink they will sake you for theft. 
And your replaceable no matter how good you are no loyalty to there staff. 

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The managment are so unprofessional and will take any chance to abuse and berate the team members, and not even in private, they will literally humiliate you infront of customers and other employees. With how much they stress about professionalism you would think they would have a little more workplace etiquette and basic human decency. There is also no consistency with rostering and half the staff are overworked and the other half are begging for shifts. Do not work here, you're better off unemployed.
