First day at work so exciting, everything went well and getting know all the menu slowly but after finish my first work of the day, manager called not to come because he said i was not concentrate on my work by asking the staff name. I was asking in very polite way and not the flirty way. I was shocked and it was very unacceptable but what can you do. I do not recommend this company. Very good pay to be honest but ridiculous manager. (Balgowlah area) 

The job is fun and easy compared to working in restaurant or other take away. A lot of things to record each day but as long as you follow the company procedures and their standards, everything will be very smooth. Nice team to work with. The management team are nice and helpful, easy to reach out to if you need them. Good pay rate for the job.

I had a good time there with the people I was working with, but the pay was nowhere near adequate. It's understandable they couldn't pay us much because the companies that owned the franchise would take the majority of what we made out of sales. Gave our management very little to work with.

The shop that I worked for is franchised, therefore, we always have under staff that lead me to work 10-11 hours a day and the payment is delayed. Although, I am still thankful because I got a good working experience as a sushi chef i have extended the knowledge i had learned in school.

This is such a fun place to work, complete with excellent management and a wonderful team of staff. The flexible scheduling and rosters are a significant advantage, and the menu is both diverse and exciting, making the job all the more interesting.

Hygienic, and safe workplace to work at for a 15 years old. Even though it was tiring standing for hours working, but it was quite relaxing while working at a fast pace.

I worked for my boss, not for the name of Sushi Izu, 

Sushi Izu is a franchise business, you like it or not, depend on your boss.

I'd like to work for my boss, but the area manager and overall management is very poor.

In this position, I am willing to do every single task from opening to closing. Ability to make sushi, prepare ingredient and take an order from customer.

a busy take-away sushi shop in well-known supermarket within Australia. We have to be well organized and quick to get our job done. The best part is friendly working environment within the sushi bar.

The working environment is nice, my colleagues&bosses are all kind and friendly, but the salary is incredibly pretty low and it actually suprised me at first.
