I loved my job, being out on the road on a nice sunny day was the best. I learned how to install house windows and doors, i also learned to drive trucks and forklifts. The management were pretty good and co workers were all friendly until i come out as transgender. The hardest part of my job was the heavy lifting and the most enjoyable part of my job was pay day. I was comfortable working there and comfortable with my co workers and had a good relationship with management.

Worked here for far too long. That being said working 1 year feels like 10, joke of a workplace, no appreciation, treated like a number, if the manager has something against you, you'll be bullied by management until you leave or they write you up for enough reasons to sack you. Pay is not good, fast food workers get payed more. No advancement, wont receive any overtime even though its advertised. Suprised the place is functioning and making a profit.

Nothing at all not a good place too  work

The people you work with and incompetent  management

Horrible sycophants suckholes hated it

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Not good ridiculous targets incompressible fellow employees

Southernstar windows is one of the best jobs i have done yet the salary good can’t say its best but yeah you can adjust as they gave me my personal van and i can use it for my personal use and sometimes you finish early you can go home but if if you finish late you’ll be paid only 8hours but its fine not a big issue for me

Everybody has lost any will to care about the work they do, the quality of products has fallen so far, and new people teach the newer people because all the experienced crew left due to incompetent, toxic leadership (i.e management) that would be on your case over the littlest of mistakes, there is no communication between management and employees.

No matter how hard you work every day management will not appreciate you nor compensate you fairly for your work, new hires coming in at much higher pay rates than the current employees which drives the motivation amongst the team down 

management is terrible take RDO's off you and don't give them back boss see's guy smoking crack and then gives him a pay rise im not joking I got sacked for hitting someone who was trying to hit me and he still works there and has done the same to someone since

There is no job security or training people are sacked constantly. If you are sick you don't dare have a day off. You do not feel appreciated there and people don't really seem to get along there. And you don't dare make a mistake because you will hear about it . No work breakup. And. No overtime.

Run by someone who has no respect for their employees. Will never go back there. Management cares purely about themselves. Bullying and drugs are an issue in the shed. If you like to work in a negative environment and be surrounded by abusive people all day then this is the place for you.

Was there less than a year and went to work somewhere else.
The guy that hired me left not long after I started work there so what does that tell you about the place.
Work environment could be better, wages are rubbis and management and office staff are stupid
