The company went under Voluntary Administration while I was working as an accountant. 

While our accounting team was dealing with Administration, the existing Accounting Manager had to resign due to her health condition. The company was not able to hire other accounting manager due to the administration so I had to be in charge of accounting work. 

During this work, I had to deal with many challenging tasks such as establishing a new company, lease assignments and new contracts, creditor's meeting and legal problem with employees which I had to bring it to commissioner hearing in QLD. While I was accomplishing these tasks, the company was not able to provide reasonable financial and human resource support despite of numerous requests.

In my job sometimes the new display manaquen were my difficulty.
My fellow staff were easy to understand.
My boss was very successful and looked up to him. The manager easy to communicate to.
I learn about visual merchandising and stock.
I open the store, close the store and cleaning with our staff. We learned about best customer service.

Definitely an amazing place to work, they taught me so much and gave me plenty of room to grow whilst they nurtured my every move.

I excelled their and was appreciated respected and guidance was appreciated. 

My ideas were valid and allowed.

On a any typical day at SES your required to serve customers, answer any phone calls and unpack boxes. In the middle of May the store had been quiet as the company had been made redundant.

Don't bother applying if you are over 18 they only want 15-17. This is so that they can underpay you. 
In a typical day, you deal with the customers, restock the shelves and makes sure the storefront is presentable.
