What is the best part of working at the company?
The best part i would say is having great ES program it helps to know that you always have someone you can consult if you need a chat, and very supportive when something unforeseen happens with clients, they are very open with the process and supportive if you need extra assistance with dealing with a difficult client situation. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Just having to drive to other areas you don't work as people get sick but I just find those days can be extra long but other than that nothing really everything is pretty easy going

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Great never had an issue with other staff and they are always warm and welcoming when you see them at meetings etc

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy but easy I don't have much else to say, the only bad thing about a typical day is all the traffic I run into having to travel between clients

making sure that all my residents are well, all medications are correct, follow up with doctors, Team leader, any incidents that need fixing or attended to. Assisting PCW where needed, Management were very understandable and respected our work and acknowledged us for our work done, 
the hardest part of my job would be end of life but also knowing that I have given them the best care possible and making them as comfortable and pain free as possible also ends up being one of the most rewarding parts of my job as I have a very strong passion for palliative care,

most enjoyable part of my job is seeing how much of a smile I can put on there faces, or how much they appreciate you just to take that extra couple of minutes to listen to what they have to say is enough to make someone's day. I look forward to listening to the stories I get told since ive been working in aged care ive learnt so much about different cultures, lifestyles what they did for a living.

I like the staff at Royal Freemasons and the residents it’s quite a good environment to work in. We have on going training every 6 months on modules on the computer and that can be a pain in the but, however it’s nesacary 
For all staff to be aware of fire procedures and work place bullying ect. I work in the hospitality area as an fsa and have been there the longest before it opened we had a month training. Overall it’s a good place to work in if your in the kitchen but not as good to work in if your a personal career as many times they suffer from being short staffed. They pay is the worst pay iv had and the hours don’t support me as all of the night fsa food service assistants only get 4.5 hours per day which isn’t enough to live on. Due to the company cutting all night shift hours I have had to get another job and it’s quite challenging at times. 

In the years i have spent working at Royal Freemasons i have learnt to appreciate the staff and residents and offer a better quality of life to not only all in the work place but also in life outside the work place i have enjoyed working with the elderly in their everyday needs and learnt to appreciate life alot more,the staff and manager was great to work with and very understanding with each individual needs of staff and residents,the hardest part of my job was when you dont realise the impact that someone you have cared for so long suddenly passes away,the most enjoyable part of my job was getting to spend quality time with each resident listening to them talk about their family,and grand children the expression on their faces and the memories they share with you is breath taking.

I like it as it is my first job from where I started. I love working and like to continue henceforth.

I don’t feel much stress about working as it is very convenience to work there.

Friendly environment , helping eachother.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
All of my working days are typical days for me as i always enjoy my working with elder and It is very convenient for me as i have been working for there long time.

Lovely facilities and great staff. Wages could be better given the workload. Often work duties in the Lifestyle department would overflow into home time with no wages reflecting the extra hours. Budget for lifestyle was also very poor and time taken to get refunded was long. On the upside the facility was lovely and new and the management staff were very supportive. It was a great place to work and a privilege to work with the elderly residents at such an important time in their lives.

I was fortunate to be the Lifestyle Coordinator until Freemasons tenure at Footscray Aged Care.  This was my doing, as I chose to do volunteer work in South Africa after my sister's death from MND.  I hoped I could return, however staff reshuffle with new owners made this impossible. However, the manager and staff kindly made it possible for me to work as Activities Assistant.  I appreciate this immensely however would like to be able to instigate my ideas and atmosphere to a workplace by being the coordinator in another facility.

I am hardworking person. I do cooperative with each other and I do totally work with honesty

No I have no stress beacuse I want this job and I want self independent

Environment is very good and all staffs are working with the honesty
