If your not in with the click crew you won’t stay long there management gave me the excuse that they have to cut staff so I was the first one to go and I did nothing wrong had no bad reports put in about me gave the job 100% always there to protect the staff and the patience as well.  so I can’t see why I had to go 

A good place to work.
•	Maintain air conditioner systems, water pump systems, Reverse osmosis water treatment equipment. VSD’S and soft starters.
•	Repair and service all types of white goods, 
Test & Tagging.
•	General small electrical jobs in a large hospital. Large kitchen equipment repair.
•	Food court kitchen repairs.

I will never recommend any friend, or family to work there . I was been bullying by a nurse unit manager. At one time she threw a file at me.when I complain. I was ignored. I was constantly harassed from then.

I worked here for 17 years and found it an educational experience. I worked with adults and children with a range of disabilities.
I gained excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, through working amongst patients with special needs, as well as through collaborative work in teams within the medical industry

RBH was an amazing place to work.  Worked in a few departments - all department heads had the open door policy which worked well. Security was fantastic for all staff, including shift workers.

Worked in the multidisciplinary team to provide support for people with mental health issues and very challenging behaviour.  The team was very supportive and knowledgeable.

I fell that the p.s.o do not get the backing of the top management at times I fell that they only care about the higher people at the hospital .The staff are asked to do more in less time
