It starts off great, you will likely win a team competition in your first week (everyone does). You are told not to worry about your stats and that it's a friendly happy culture; then they start asking you to come in on your time off, completely lose it at you if a sale takes longer than five minutes and you have an absolute maximum 7 seconds between calls. They say you need to ask them for help for every call but are upset when you do. They will say they operate like an office not a call centre, never believe this, it's always a lie. The products you are asked to sell often look terrible and are rarely delivered on time, believe the reviews not your manager - they are hard to find online but they are there. The bonus is very hard to achieve, you will often see half the call centre is on bonus but usually it's for $30 for the week, not the $300-600 they say is achievable. If you take an interview ask them who their best agent is and how long they've been there, nobody has stayed longer than 1-2 years as a full timer and stayed proud to work there. The upper management would probably act shocked to hear this review but it comes down to them not watching their management staff and checking in on how everything is running.

You will get worked like a dog and receive nothing more than a pat on the back (sometimes). Weird obsession with in office despite how much worse of a job it becomes due to the poor team culture/office upkeep/etc. 

Complete lack of team culture, management is disingenuous, everyone higher up knows each other and only wants to promote their "friends."

Encountered bullying and received no real support from management. Difficulty in getting any disability accomodations.  They messed up my pay and pay rises more times than I can count. Every single coworker I had cried at work. All sections of the company I worked in are the same culture. 

Management act nice and welcoming at first but you find out that they have their favourites and make it very clear when you aren't one. 
Over steps personal life boundaries.  
Makes you ask uncomfortable and pushy questions like if the customer doesn't have a card on them to pay for the product straight away you have to ask the customer if they have a friend with them and see if they can use their friends card. 
You couldn't really get any bonuses if you were casual or part time. 
Managers would guilt trip you if you called in sick. 

I worked there for a long time, the ceo and head bosses are not friendly and dont care about your needs and wants. They underpay you and dont pay overtime for big days like valentines day and mothers day. The manager works you like your are a robot and you are being timed on every job you do. The ceo and head bosses are all fake and your cant trust them with issues as they employ people they know and take sides with them when things go wrong. I never progressed in the job and finally after my last year I was made full time and was way underpaid. 

My time at Roses Only was a rollercoaster - as any sales position is. The start was brilliant, relaxed roster, minimal calls as you stay on the “better brands” & receive great bonus. But the longer you are there they forgot about you and your life balance. Call you in on holidays, call you in on days off, heavily rely and weight their understaffing on the team. Nobody works there longer than 2 years. It becomes depressing and no one cares unless you’re tight with the managers.

A great creative workspace for any creative person or qualified florist where you want to make some decent money with a kind loving energy from management and employees. Of course very fast pace environment, always moving and on your feet, but if your a florist it comes with the job and I personally love that! 
Work hours are great, weekend work available with great award rate pay, management easy to engage with on any given day and always happy to help and personable. 


- Recruitment works through referral by existing employee, so most people know each other personally, creating a relaxed atmosphere

- Management is accommodating to schedule, perfect for people with other commitments such as uni students

- Work is straightforward and you can end up getting $50-100+ in bonuses/commission on a good sales day

The management is really great and personable. The other staff are friendly.  Free drinks on Fridays and desserts on everyones birthdays. On your feet all day, so while the job is pretty easy its still physically taxing and can be stressful at times due to the amount of orders. Sometimes understaffed. Very flexible with hours and shifts. Most people only seem to stay a couple of years at most.

Management is manipulative and seek out the vulnerable. They work you like a dog and refuse to pay you for the position you are working in. 

No one likes to take accountability, instead turn to gaslighting  you. HR is non-existent due to this.

Management all spend too much time gossiping about each other instead of funnelling time into uplifting their team. 

If you are looking for career progression , look elsewhere.



Great company to work for, with room to move. Supportive team which helps with both personal and career growth. 

The environment can be fast paced during busy periods but management are always there for support to help you reach your KPI's.

Workplace culture is awesome, with incentives up for grabs to reward you for a great work week.
