Revitalife

My position with Revitalife involves home promotion and sales of therapeutic chairs and sleep systems. Sales appointments are scheduled by Head Office in Queensland and forwarded via email nightly prior to appointments. Whilst products are beneficial investment costs are high for many in the target customer base, which is over 50's preferably pensioners.

There can be very happy and fun day in the office and there can also be stressful and down days at work. Learned how to be out there and confident with talk to different people every day, hardest park of this job is reaching the KPI's every single day of the week. Most enjoyable part of the job is being able to interact with different people every day over the phone and being able to work with such beautiful people in the company.

I believe that they are a great company to work with.  I would have liked to see more appointments in the day, however saying that, it's a great company to be part of if you need a bit of free time during the day.  Overall fantastic service and the people are friendly and ethical.  The company is very good.  I will recommend them and their products are fantastic. 

Lots of promises selling beds and chairs to seniors who don’t know why you are visiting their homes, definitely don’t know you are pressure selling then a very expensive bed. 
I felt very wrong pressure selling one on one to vulnerable members of society who sometimes never speak to anyone for weeks and feel obligated to sign up.

Great environment to work in with some great staff. Pressure to perform can be high but the rewards once achieved can be very lucrative. Staff do care about each other.Not suited to anyone living week to week or new to sales.

My time with Revitalife was a mixture of positive and negative experiences, but mostly negative. 
There was very little support for the field sales reps and the so called pre-arranged appointments were poorly qualified if at all.

Commission only position, both rewarding and challenging. Recommend to any one who enjoys meeting old people.

You are given people to visit usually within 50 kilometers from your home and you only get two visits to make per day.

Appointments made by the company are very deceiving to the client. They are not told the whole truth about the appointments. They are not even aware the appointment is about selling them a product, such as bed or chair.

Usually very weak telephone only leads to the extent you get way too many no shows. You get motivational texts of sales numbers which are made up.  It's commission only (effectively).

They did not pay me on time on numerous occasions and the management were terrible. Many times I had no time to have lunch or take a break as I would end up doing a lot of the work on my team.
