Everyday was exciting to learn new things and explore my full potential. 
I Learned a lot about the ways of construction from painting to brick laying and how to measure, cut and assemble various objects and structures. The management by my boss in particular was very good as we always knew what our tasks were and at the same time he let us think for ourselves. If we had a problem we could freely ask him about our concerns and he would explain in a detailed way why or why not to do things a certain way so as we could understand the procedure more. The hardest part of the job was leaving the workplace once the traineeship had finished. The most enjoyable part of the job was everything hands on.  I absolutely loved my experience here and would do it again!

Working with Reclink as a Construction Trainee has given me a good amount of knowledge to enter the Construction Industry.
Management is good and daily toolbox meetings to discuss tasks and duties helped us start and finish the day feeling we accomplished something.

I would avoid this company at all costs - especially dealing with HR and middle management. 

If you desire to burn out mentally, emotionally and physically - this job is for you. 

Through out the days we learnt how to use power tool build furniture and other objects from recycled pallets.I learned how to use basic hand and power tools to work in the heat and other weather mainly outside work. I found it great to work in a team although i worked well on my own.

Thet have a great idea that I can only see benefiting any person who gives it a good go. You meet lots of new people in same situation so you already have a common ground to work from to make a good team that works well together.

A wonderful Training organization with your goals in mind. I have enjoyed partaking in the Traineeship Conservation and land management . The potential to further my skill set has been of great benefit to help me Gain employment.

It was OK for an apprenticeship start, once we were able to acquire projects to complement our theory. Training offered was great but would have loved more.
