Open homes and follow up phone calls from the open inspections 
The most enjoyable part was building strong relationships with homeowners and buyers based on excellent knowledge of the property market.
The workplace culture is goal driven, process and results orientated. There is a rewarding fun element to when these results are achieved.
The hardest part is getting through lots of rejection based on a lot of cold calling which included door knocking. 
The most enjoyable part was marketing the property for sale and getting excellent turn outs at the open homes converting these numbers into the sale of a property often at a higher price than expected for the vendor.

My job consisted of a 9-5pm office day. I was first in the office each morning, tidying and organising everything before management arrived. Throughout the day I was answering calls, booking appointments, taking minutes from meetings, photocopying etc. 

I learned good organisation skills, having to manage my time at school and work as well as socially. I gained a great balance whilst at this job. 

Management was friendly, attentive and explained tasks very clearly. Although they were busy most days, they always answered any questions or helped when asked. 

My coworkers were all friendly, youthful individuals, coming in and out of the office with a smile each day. I gained a good relationship with all of them and we occasionally socialised on weekends. 

The hardest part of my job initially was dealing with angry or aggressive clients. I did not want to come across as insensitive or rude at any point. After several months working there I learned techniques to minimise their hostility and we would be able to have a calm, constructive conversations bout their problem. 

The most enjoyable part of my job was working and dealing with different people each day. I am a people person and always like to meet, work and negotiate with diverse individuals.

Working on a Saturday I only get to see the Sales Agents and the Director, they often have little jobs for me to do such as:
 -Uploading or changing information on the Office website with the current sales details
 -Printing out x amount of brochures for a property
 -Photocopying or scanning documents 

Every time I come in I learn how to do something new and different. It is a fairly repetitive job but there's always an array of varying tasks which always make it more interesting. 

I've learned how to use the new office systems and how the style of speaking is rather different in an office than as a waitress. 

The hardest part of the job is if there is a mistake that occurs when receipting - finding out what caused the error and how to fix it, but it is an enjoyable task.

The work culture is absolutely great: every one is very helpful supportive of each other. They celebrate little gains and the Director always lets the sales agents know that they're doing well even if a sale didn't go accordingly. It's a very positive environment.

I'm not planning on leaving the job any time soon considering I can do this job one day a week on Saturday.

Providing you're prepared to work long hours to achieve your goals of becoming an Agent of Choice within the industry, real estate may be the job for you. Initially you're working long and irregular hours to achieve your goals whether they're to own your own agency one day, or just achieve personal and financial goals. The pay isn't much better than welfare payments initially, but you're learning and achieving whilst being trained and mentored by some of the best in the business.  Your typical week will include regular sales meetings, training, door knocking to find new clients who are ready to sell or who are thinking to sell soon. Letter box drops to keep your brand at the front of people's minds. Networking and communicating with peers, friends, other agents. IF you're prepared to do a lot of database work, find new business and build ongoing relationships with home owners, buyers, investors and developers, the business could be the start of your dreams come true. This industry isn't for everyone but the only way you'll find out is if you give it a go and stick at it for at least two to three years.

Working in the Real Estate industry can be incredibly rewarding for those who enjoy helping people find their dream homes or invest in properties. The industry is fast-paced and ever-changing, with new challenges and opportunities presenting themselves on a daily basis.

One of the best things about working in Real Estate is the potential to earn a great income. The more successful you are at closing deals and building relationships with clients, the more money you can make. Additionally, many Real Estate agents enjoy the flexibility of setting their own schedules and working independently.

That being said, this industry is not without its challenges. It requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a deep knowledge of local housing markets. Additionally, the Real Estate market can be unpredictable, so it's important to be prepared for periods of slow business.

Overall, working in the Real Estate industry can be a fulfilling and lucrative career for those who are willing to put in the effort. If you're interested in helping people find their dream homes or invest in properties, this may be the perfect industry for you.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Everything from day 1. I felt like a family member, I felt equal and was welcomed regardless of who I was and what skill set I did and did not have. I was taught the fundamentals of how important relationships are and to act in good faith. I was taught to be accountable and responsible for my actions. In a nutshell, I was given the opportunity many years ago which has built the skills and understanding that I have today. Looking back, I'm just so forever grateful and words can not fully express how I was blessed. Because of that, I want to be the best person that I can be to those surrounding me. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
None it was a very inclusive team and environment.

Amazing because I was given the opportunity to learn and grow. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Learning new skills and knowledge every day. Always following the same fundamentals period.

I recently hired a brochure dropper for my leaflet distribution campaign, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The brochure dropper I worked with was professional, reliable, and efficient. As a residential sales representative, my primary responsibility was to drive and market myself to achieve regular monthly appraisal presentations, build the relationships to gain the trust of the owner to list and sell their property within the 90-day agreement plan.
The most enjoyable part of this job, was interacting with so many cultures and understanding their goals or plans.  The hardest part was the distance to get to the destinations and the hours, I was on call, 7 days a week and to try and get a break was always hard to arrange.
No, two days were the same, I learned, how to negotiate, create relationships with lawyers, builders, and councils regulations.  As well as having hard shell to allow things to bounce off me, that I need not waste my time with, & to stay focus with the job at hand.

It was an absolute pleasure to wake up each morning, I could not wait to get to work.  Each day was exciting as the previous one.  The management were very supportive and inspirational for me to strive to do well for them.  New concepts for improving one's self and the profile of the company were submitted almost on a daily basis.  The company strived in a forward position constantly and never looked back at what could have been, but made it happen.  My colleagues were very supportive and were a pleasure to work alongside.  The hardest part of the job would be for me to keep all clients happy and fulfil their requirements in a timely manner.  The most enjoyable part of the job were the staff & management.  I have enjoyed my time with these people tremendously and made life time friends.
