Honestly was the best job I have ever had.
Co-workers were great to work with, got along with everyone, and and all round fantastic environment.
A typical day was serving customers, taking out their meals and the few casual conversations with customers.
Management was great, things were good.
When management changed things didn't run as smoothly as it use to. 
The hardest part of the job is dealing with rude and unhappy customers.
The things i enjoyed most would be the general atmosphere, the conversations with customers and working with a great group of people.

The Mail is a well run country hotel/resturant offering very friendly service and excellant cuisine. I have only one problem is that in the winter months the need for staff is considerably diminished and as such my hours have dropped to be practically non-existant. The other problem I faced is that there was no real rostering system and management expected all staff to drop every thing when they phoned for a staff member to work. Overall I really do enjoy working with the staff and management at the Mail, I only wish I could work more hours and on a settled roster.

This job was fantastic!! I opened the business for the chefs to start every morning i was rostered on. Paid well, great hours for my family and I. You worked alone but I did not mind it at all. Management was really good when requesting holidays or sick leave etc. The job kept you busy and on your toes. Nothing was the same everyday you went to work.

Super competitive with work colleagues, and unfair.  I felt belittled and pushed to my limits. Some people I worked with were useless and somehow always seemed to get most shifts. They definitely played the favouritism role and honestly just a lot of gossip amongst employees which was really uncomfortable. 

This workplace was most enjoyable due to the bosses and other staff members there. I learned so many new skills e.g. pouring drinks, table service, coffee making and I improved on other skills e.g. Food preparation, customer service, cleaning.

What an amazing place to work. You'll be able to work anywhere in the world after working here. The training in place is second to none and after leaving, the world is your oyster.

Great bunch of employees to work with. Enjoyed the job and was always busy doing something. Time went really fast. I would still be there if they were not liquidated.

Mcdonalds was my first employer, this job was a fantastic learning point for me to understand what it means to have a job and how to be professional when in the workplace

Loved every day, awesome people to work with good work life balance and great place to learn by skilled chefs, amazing kitchen garden that you source every day for the restaurant that night, highly recommend working here.

Great destination and can be rewarding for the right person looking to progress career in hospitality. Fun group to work with but can be very stressful during peak periods.
