Supportive family friendly working environment. 
Mangers accomodating and flexible with family/health emergencies.
Able to work hours that suited the family.
Worked well with my collegues and found the work achieveable.
Mangers open to suggestions on improvements.
Cooking and restocking were the regular jobs for the shift and once learnt, I was very comfortable in my postion as a kitchenhand.
Also learnt and became console efficient and effective.

Working with Puma is very good as long as you got a boss who treats you like a human being  and not a number as that’s why people leave  and as we all got our jobs to do but some of the staff thinks they in charge when they are younger that you I loved my job  till I had a accident at work and because of I was turning retired age they put  me off plus I couldn’t dialogue asi broke my wrist which was 5 years ago and still suffering which  it will never be good    

What is the best part of working at the company?
Good money, adaptable to times and days, good friendly staff and management ......enjoyed the 2 yrs I worked for them and would do it again 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
They can be opened 24/7 so it just the hrs if anything I did 12pm till 6 am but was fine sometimes dealing with customers at that time of the night can be difficult

Cleaning, serving ,cooking paperwork etc

In my Job everyday is a very busy and typical day, I am getting high exposure while at work. There are so many customers coming and  going to the service station. I learned how to deal with the variety of customers and how to treat them. 
My management in the service station is really exceptional, They are helping the staff when they really need them. And also the coworkers are really friendly.
I didn't find any hardest works in my job. Every part of my role of job make me motivated.

A typical day at work would be serving customers, checking and rotating stock, and cleaning.
I learnt how to deal with money correctly, how to handle unhappy customers and overall what it is like to work in a team environment.The management was poor sometimes. I was a casual and I would have my manager texting me at 10pm, asking me to come in the next day. Overall, the staff were lovely and great to work with. Definitely a good first job.

Not many, no work life balance or support where needed

The incompetence of departments

Very much a favourite basis within management

Great place for 6 years then my direct report resigned then unfortunatly things changed.
This was a direct result of the companys top end changing.
To me as a dynamic and driven manager with a culture from above that was not suited to my style, The writting was on the wall.

Worked as a cook wow it’s an eye opener,
Lots of gossip , drama and child like minds.
No leadership, when morning shift gets behind it puts whole day or days out.
Expects too much in little hours but no overtime so work for free to get done.
No breaks other than while working and you waste your whole lunch as customers come first even on 9 hour shift.
Staff not valued

It is a nice work place, but it is better before it been franchised. Not much advancement happening inside this company. The workplace is nice, meeting different people every day. The workplace culture is great too. Overall is good.
