A typical day at primo was always busy
i learned a lot of things mainly how to work in a fast pace environment
management was ok but at times hard to understand 
the workplace culture was great so many different and friendly people  
everything was hard at the start but i was easily able to adjust to it from just working hard and doing what i could do.
the most enjoyable part is of course smoko because just a quick snack and being able to just relax for a few mins was all someone wants.

slice meat  and prepare the meat display.
prepare the olive bar. 
I learned to roast chickens and prepare salads.
I gained the knowledge to answer customers queries and resolve complaints in courteous manner. Keep the busy deli shop running smoothly. The hardest part of the job was to work with junior employees. The most enjoyable part of the job was to met new people all the time. 
Poor management, didn't have the knowledge to run the business.

Working in Primo is fun because I already work their for 5 years.Now Iam work in night shift as a machine cleaner its a little bit hard because everyday Im wet.I learned a lot as a machine cleaner like those chemicals we used.Most of the people work as a night shitt machine cleaner only stay for a short period of time but me I already do it for 1 year.

Got into a car accident and called off and when i was eligible to work again I was replaced. No security with this job It is very demanding, If you were to call off due to injuries or family matters most likely you will be replaced.

very clean, and very strict in health and safety, work over time some weekends. onsite carpark its a very secured place as well. love working in a cool room especially in summer

Started as a labourer 10 years ago, worked my way up to supervisor. Management has changed alot over the years as has pay roll staff, even the factory has changed sites.

I like to work there because of good rate and shifts that i go to and friendly people work there.Easy jobs and near to my home it like 15 minutes from my home to primo.

making sure the right carcase from computer and the stamp on carcase was correct. entering details on computer and then send them on following another one and doing the same thing

management in this work place was so unorganised as we would have no actual start or finish time, we would of gotten sent home at random times and yeah everything was not organised

I was working at primo for about 2years and it was really good working place to work with and it w would be really great if I can get a job from primo again
