Andrew (CEO) is fair, understanding and professional and you would be very lucky to have him as your employer. He is passionate about helping patients in healthcare as well as the growth and development of each employee in his teams and will always be willing to support his staff where needed. 

I joined PNW pharmacy as a junior while in high school and I cant be thankful enough of the opportunity that Andrew gave to me at that stage of my life. I was trained in a number of skills like operating the tills, stock control and people skills who made me very confident not only in the work environment but also in my life. 
I stayed with this pharmacy for 5 years, where I worked my way up and I managed to get trained as  a dispensary technician. 
Its a busy place and it teaches you to be alert and you get exposure to a fast paced environment which is really great. 
I stayed until the end of my uni where I left with heavy heart as I had to follow a different career based on my studies.
I will always remember this job with gratitude for all the things it has offered to me. 


Daily duties includes dispensing and organizing orders for community blister pack customers & deliveries to Aged Care facilities, managing records and information on different software, coordinating a steady workflow with an impeccable attention to detail, and assisting other team members when required etc.

It is a busy and demanding job but with a great friendly team environment and amazing support team that helps to get the job done effectively. You learn to have great resource management and the ability to multi-task efficiently.

Very rewarding when doctors, nurses, carers or customers acknowledge what you did and gave their approval with appreciation. Big on team atmosphere and an absolute joy to work in!!

A typical day at work will flow from relaxed to busy very fast, the employees work as a team and make the place productive and friendly. The hard part is from time to time a difficult customer, but overall both staff and customers are friendly.

There are not enough good things I can say about PNW Aged care team. I have enjoyed every moment of working for this company and can without a doubt say that I am so grateful to work with these diverse culture and helpful colleagues. Great culture, flexible environment, easy to learn on the job, a place to build co-worker relationships, Great management team.

The senior staff have no respect towards the junior pharmacy assistants. The boss always yells at the junior staff, and no one at the company really likes him. He has no respect for any of his staff whatsoever, the difference can be seen in how he talks to the staff when customers are around versus when there are no customers around. The place is dodgy too.

Unprofessional and unethical entity. 

They are very old fashioned and very keen in micro management. 

Organisation has rigid mindset. If you're a person with growth mindset you will be in stress on the very first day of joining this organization

Easy to get a job here and it is good to work with the general public in a busy retail setting. Unfortunately it is run very poorly and there is a an expectation to work overtime at will and to work under an unprofessional and erratic management team. HR and Management are unapproachable.

Pharmacy Nutrition Warehouse is a friendly  and diverse work place. Staff and management personnel's are very cooperative, respectful and supportive. PNW is providing lots of opportunities to grow up within the organization and personal. 

A very good place to work. All Pharmacists and staff members are cooperative and helpful. The manager is really understanding and listens to the concerns of the employees.A very good team and company  management to work with.
