- Worked unusual hours
- Shifts were anywhere from 5 to 8 hours
- 4:00 - 4:30am starts, on these shifts I was always by myself untill at least 6am and they involved setting up and unlocking outside, putting newspapers on display, cooking takeaway food and toasted sandwiches, ensuring all fridges and shelves were restocked, counting till/floats and at 5am opening shop to customers and putting away milk orders into fridges.

Working at Puma, South Wharf was great experience due to consistent heavy volumes of customers, my manger there was great along with all other colleague's, I can't fault the place other then very ordinary salary, I would never have left that Job if there was a few extra dollars, though like I said thoroughly enjoyed working there. 

The work itself was easy; to maintaining the store, helping customers out and checking out stock.

However the management is horrible, so blatantly obvious with favourites. Management would gossip like highschoolers . On public holidays, they would specifically ask the employees they didn’t like to finish early, to save money.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The pay rate and the work was interesting 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The backstabbing Co workers who would sell their own mothers for a few dollars.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic beyond belief, narcissistic co workers

The people I worked with were all super supportive and loved what they did. Good work like balance with working remotely or office and flexible hours. 
Slow with internal recruitment and not many opportunities to progress within your own country and very hard to progress/transfer to other countries 

Working at puma warehouse was through an agency, its because I was already register with the agent at the time that why I didn't do an interview with them, I got the job threw an agent. But my experience was very heavy job for me but the people I was working with were friendly and helpfully. The money wasn't enough each week to look after my family.

When push comes to shove, your co-workers do not have your back. Pay is excellent but you soon find out why. Never have I experienced such abuse from customers than at a petrol station. When its busy your shifts go fast and seamlessly by, but on the quiet days a 8 hour day can feel like a week.

Overall experience with puma was fantastic. 
Work place culture - amazing 
Progression and investment in their team members was phenomenal 
Team member discounts were great. 
Upper management and support was always a phone call away.

Absolutely disgusted and appalled by the SM at the store I worked with. Job is super easy but management seems super rushed and not properly thought out.
