•	In my journey here at OSIT, I usually improved myself to provide the best solutions to our client as well as to the team if needed. Reading always the process at LMS. Working closely with the team that benefits the company. I am looking myself having a great portfolio here in the company. Our company OSIT really provides the trainings I needed which I am truly grateful.

Caring 
•	There was a situation that my colleague was down due to a slight mistake, Which I had encourage my other team here to cheer her up and give some good advice, to normalize the ambiance had bought some drinks all of them which they cheered and forgot the problems. 
•	Self-care is a top priority as well since how you can care for others when you are not well. 

Smart 
•	Being smart and wise is needed as we are working in a fast face environment like here at Sales where lots of inquiries are coming, working smart is the best way to achieve it while still following the process and procedure in place. It will really make your job easier.

Honest 
•	Honest and a God-fearing person is what I am, though sometimes I made mistakes during my early months, I always admit it and inform my superior then after that I will find ways how to prevent it moving forward. 

Fun 
•	Quite happy since OSIT really provides us Fun and Social activities. Was really amazed having a 1st Friday Lunch and OSIT Drinks where we can socially communicate with another team. I am proud to be here at OSIT and Thankful for this wonderful opportunity.


Office Solutions IT is a medium sized business in the busy part of Osbourne Park.
With onsite parking that is not reserved for any staff, free drinks daily, frequent free team meals, and a budget in every team for a happiness fund it has a lot of perks.

It has industry standard pay with plenty of room for growth and development. The learning and developing side of the company is monetarily funded, and even includes some paid time at work to complete. Heaps of encouragement to continue your education and stay leading edge.

There is a very active culture in our social club, and a Discord to hang out in. This often involves free or discounted afterwar functions, and once a month company functions.

The work place is very well structured in terms of job descriptions, pay rates, promotion paths, education, HR policies, work place policies. This makes it a really awesome place to work.

I'm forever grateful of the chance to be part of OSIT. OSIT gave me a lot and help me to become what I am now.

At that time, we help her find a way and help her explain. We got each others back no matter what we face.

OSIT is a pretty fast-paced and driven environment to work in.
However, the more you put in, the more you get out of it here.
Despite having a high number of employees for an IT company, they do recognise staff that put in the effort and will find that opportunities will come your way.
The day to day work is always presenting new challenges, for better or worse but won't leave you sitting around twiddling your thumbs!
There are monthly team lunches, free daily cans of drink and weekly chip packs, as well as often other social events.

The company has flexibility in working rosters, we work in teams of 6 members. Each team has a Partner and a Senior Support Engineer. Working closely with four Support Engineers. Breaking into Teams lets our clients know the support staff helping their business and our Team to know our clients and their working environment. With a variety of Technical Specialists who provide training and guidance on client issues and new emerging technologies our processes are streamlined and usable.

First company I've worked at that actually lives by its core values. Honesty in particular. A lot of transparency around how the business works and the managers do their best to keep everyone in the loop with whats happening, status of internal projects etc.

During my time I have seen the amount of teams within the business more than double, with literally whole teams of people gradually promoted from engineer into management roles (including myself).

As with any MSP, it can sometimes be tough, but anyone with a good work ethic and attitude will be able to progress their career here and make a lot of new friends.

This company means it when they say they'll look after you. 

Your first week you get superb training, with a backing of in person training and video and test based training. 

After the training phase you get put onto the tools and get tailored assistance by the team you get put in, until you're permanently assigned. They ensure you feel comfortable and take you out for lunch in your first week.

Then from there, you get easily attainable goals and metrics to adhere to. They implement best practice and stand by it. Honestly the standards they have here are so good, it was incredibly hard to say goodbye.

I’ve been working at OSIT for nearly a year now, and I can confidently say it’s the best place I’ve worked in my 18+ years of experience in the IT field. They are incredibly attentive to both our clients and the staff, truly valuing us as individuals, and I feel like a vital part of the team like never before. They highly appreciate our efforts to pursue professional development and constantly encourage us to enhance our technical skills. The Managers or Partners play a crucial role in guiding us to meet probationary goals and always strive for excellence in our daily tasks. I’m thrilled with how the company has operated so far and how the business support and sales teams go above and beyond to support us engineers in our primary focus.

It was such a blessing to be chosen to work at Office solutions IT. An empathy-based company that make dreams a reality. I am a working law student and while working and studying at the same time may seem as though there is no free time at all, OSIT encourages a healthy work-school-life balance. I am grateful for the genuine care and support they show to their employees which creates an environment where everyone is dedicated to the task at hand. OSIT's happy and positive people makes you want to come to work everyday.  They're creating the best workplace on earth. 
 

One of the best things about working at OSIT is how much they value work-life balance. 
Sure, there are deadlines and a bit of pressure sometimes (which is totally normal), but OSIT really puts in the effort to support its people, whether it’s through the Team Happiness budget, Team lunches, or other fun activities that help us unwind and connect.

I also feel lucky to have such supportive and understanding managers. It makes a big difference in how I approach work each day. 
I’m genuinely excited about what’s ahead and looking forward to even more great experiences with OSIT!
