Good work conditions and rewards and fair minded bosses thought this would be my last job but due to restructure I was made redundant

Great brands, great experience and opportunity to learn.  Good opportunities to move around too.
Quite political.  Talk about being family oriented but the Head Of level were insensitive at best.  

People centered company, dedicated to its mission on Health and Wellness, work balance and employee advancement. It sets standards of performance in a collaborative manner where performance and development are based.

Helping team members with their tasks. However, nothing much to do, so it wasn't engaging for much of the time as I wasn't doing much. However, everyone was really nice and helpful. 

The team was great in general. You'll get exposure to working with a global team. Nestle has good processes in place and follows the ITIL methodologies and continuous improvement processes.

Supportive team members, steep learning curve. Everyone was ready and willing to assist. Healthy work environment. Definitely recommend for fresh graduates.
