By far this is the worst organisation I have ever worked for and would not recommend this workplace to my worst enemy.  Just like their cars, the workplace is stuck in a time warp.  I worked in the head office in Adelaide and I am sure there are happier people that work in a morgue compared to this place.  The décor is stuck in the 80’s, the culture and morale is sad, depressing and everyone feels intimated by the CEO who is not a leader and is only focused on achieving his sales and does not care one  bit about staff.  The CEO has a very poor reputation amongst staff, dealers and externally and no one is happy in this place and people walk around as if they are on egg shells.  Staff don’t resign they get made redundant, and if someone resigns everyone envy’s them.  

If you work here you need to bring your own stationery as it is not supplied – papers, pens etc.  To me that sums up the company and how they little they value their staff.  This is a not a people orientated company rather the CEO is on a mission to achieve his sales target at any cost and does not value people, culture, morale etc etc....

If you a very desperate work here, however having worked for a range of large corporates and SME’s in varying industries, this by a country mile was the worst place I worked at.  In fact the week after I started I was told that my dept was relocating to Melbourne.  How is that for being misled through the recruitment process!  Our course I was made redundant …….

Start a job in busy scheduled in morning,every day new thing come up on board to solve that thing give me new to learned something new to revise the job on different way with new idea.
About the management is not so good its changes every twice in year our site manager change 2 times in year so its huge pressure  on other staff members to run warehouse on schedule on time frame.
we do have particular time frame to leave the different runs truck leaves on time so i have to check all pick and packing goods/parts store and pack labeling properly and create a manifolds and sand to HO( Adelaide Office )  that is hard part of the job and this i really enjoy this job.

As a tradesman working in automotive manufacturing,it allowed me to do allot of different jobs over the 11 years of my employment.I found management to be very approachable and professional.I worked with allot of different types of people with different backgrounds.We all worked hard and believed we were making something of a high standard and quality.At times working on the production line was difficult,but working hard and making something gave you a sense of achievement.

The last 18 months at Mitsubishi have been very stressful for all employee's as Mitsubishi undergoes yet another re-structure  No one is sure if their jobs are safe and many good people have left or have been made redundant. Sad to see what was once a vibrant and positive place to work has now become a place where you don't know if you will have a job the next day

my job entailed seeking out parts in a huge parts store, and supplied these parts to a production line. i have delt with the desruction of millions in dollars worth of parts, and doing production reports. The hardest part of the day was the very phisical lifting of parts. The best part was afternoon shift, and the blokes i worked with.

got to liaise with different departments. booking in jobs (cars) advising on job needed for car to client, taking phone enquiries and bookings, working with Mitsubishi direct, upselling, making sure parts were in for job, invoicing job, warranty claims using Mitsubishi portal.

Many different facets of work, Tool Design, production control, day to day problem solving, production supervision and testing.
Vehicle manufacture start to finish.
Good Management.
Culture Varied department to department.
Long hours.
Seeing a finished vehicle  you had a hand in building.
