the job was ok, worked there for 7 months, as with all labour work it takes a little sweat to get through the shift. Office staff there are friendly. Was sent home by Mission due to health reasons so needed to wait for a clearance, which eventually was given to Hoban agency. I did everything required of me but that wasn't enough. After recovery, I was only offered a shift which involved me training someone else, which of course rang alarm bells, but I believed their [ Hoban Agency ] lies. HOBAN assures its contractors their job is safe if requirements are met, well let me tell you out there it's not, HOBAN is full of IT. They are the ones with excuses, the ones who will professionally lie to you, make you believe your job is safe, even though I was getting great response about my work efforts from Mission, it doesn't matter, when they {HOBAN}decide its game over, by  the way, that's exactly how it feels, as its just a game to them. Of course I've always conversed with Hoban in a polite manner, but they will always make you feel at fault when in fact it is they HOBAN who don't communicate well with issues you may notify them of, I've had to repeat myself over & over from one recruitment nobody to another without progress most of the time.SO at the end of the day I"M left with no job and wait for it HOBAN 's excuse was [ oh, we were put in a position to train some else while  I was sick so therefore NO MORE SHIFTS, ]...YET I DID EVERYTHING REQUIRED, you tell me its a joke, right. Well, I guess that explains their shameful reputation, I actually didn't believe it at first. NOW I DO BELIEVE, HOBAN ARE TO BE BANNED, no committed hard working individual deserves to be punished, I think HOBAN get off on it PLEASE ANYONE who finds themselves in this situation GET OUT, IT"S NOT YOUR FAULT. IT IS THE SYSTEM THEY  FOLLOW WHICH FAILS MISERABLY!!!!!!

from the time you clock in to the time you clock out its all work with a bit of fun. this place is not a laid back job, not one thing is the same everyday. depending on the product and the workload you are always expected to bring your A game. 100% of dedication will get the job done. environment is good pace is awsum and the people when product is running smoothly are always on point.

The company is trying to bring so many changes when all we ask for is just a good pay rise. That's it just a good pay rise and they do not want to do this for us. The company makes millions given that they supply the whole country's biggest supermarkets but they just don't want to give us a good pay rise and thats all what we're asking for...nothing else

Very straight forward, Two breaks and 7 and half hour shifts depending on the pace of the production line. Workers are kind and very friendly, a family work environment to say the least. Best part of the job are the free lunches and work benefits.

The company has great potential, but minimum opportunities to advance professionally. The lean structure  that management has decided to implement brings interesting challenges that forces you to be involved with all aspects of the organization.

A typical day at work was checking cooking and products and tasting product and helping to run machines. I learned  a lot from how product is made to filling reports and paper work to working and communicating with others.

I was working with them from the day one and it was great back then. Since new HR stepped in 2011 management (head one) was terrible . There no opportunity or a chance to grow up!!



No opportunity to advance in this company.  Not a reliable income. No regular shifts.  Would not recommend working there.  
Money is good when you get work but can go weeks without a shift.

working in mission was fun than I would have ever imagined, there were so many cultures and the workers and management team were friendly and productive
