Beware, the industry standards are not met. 
You will get paid only the bare minimum and yet be expected to tolerate verbal abuse every day over calls. 
Your seniors will push the KPI on to you to make themselves look great but never give any bonus for good work.

It is a good company for beginners, hence why the turnover is so high. Half the employees are doing drugs outside work and there is control over what is shared at work. 
Co-workers discuss their bedroom life at work and some stay on dr*gs and work from home. 

On top of this, the pay is not remotely close to other companies. There should be a limit to inhumane verbal abuse that consultants go through but all of this is not mentioned in the initial interviews. 

Do not work here if you have other options.  

from day one the job had been over sold, and what was presented as OTE's were in fact closer to 140% over target.
Relentless pressure to sell unethically and in direct contravention of Australian law, recommendations from the Royal commission not to mention in opposition to the rules set down by our finance and insurance providers.
Reward structures regularly changed to the consultants detriment and a culture of nepotism, alcoholism and drug taking at a management level.
Stay very far away please for your health and sanity.

Great building, great people.

Because of the span of salary packaging 2 weeks of training teaches you 30% of the needed skills and knowledge to correctly work the position with the rest painstakingly gathered throughout the job.

Many other employees will just ignore work that is to hard hoping someone else will pick it up, causes immense backlogs.

Enjoyed my time here, if you are willing to put in the work, you will be rewarded. Plenty of opportunity for growth and support, company is always looking at way on improving behind the scenes.

I really enjoyed by time at Maxxia, how ever there was no job advancement for Adelaide as all jobs were held off shore. Managment in adelaide was also lazy, allowing vic to dictate little things

just a boring dead end desk job no way to improve unless you sniff some bum, was a good diverse of culture us bottom feeders were also good to each other management couldn't care less until kpis weren't met

Very good organization with supportive seniors. Lot of opportunities to learn new things. Moving between departments is very easy which gives lots of career opportunities.

The management could be better though

Tough targets, management good in places, some very talented people and also people who have been in the business too long. Complex product, but plenty of training provided.

Great leadership very busy at times but good pay and conditions. Solid work life balance. Opportunities to grow and develop skills within the company
