Not a job I'd recommend at all. The second you start your flung on the line no training whatsoever and expected to just keep up. The staff turnover is just unreal. It's very fast moving and there's no training at all I mean at all. The staff not the management are really nice they will try and help you get up to speed normally moving you to an easier part where you should've started basically doing the management jobs for them. It's probably the most grim job I've ever done in a fridge standing on a production line sore stuff for really poor wages.

Hygiene team is the best department in factory. High standards passing all audits with hard work but we all pull together to achieve our goals set out by our manager and team lead.
Best manager and team lead i have worked with as they are patient,helpful , understanding and supportive.
I would highly recommend joining this hygiene team if you are lucky enough to be given the opportunity.


Loved the people in the work
Hate the place tho not a good place to work 
They expect far to much from everyone and are pretty cheeky and nasty to there staff
The place is a joke and so is there work its disgusting people handling food and picking there nose or scratching there bums n not washing there hands thr hygeine is a joke

This Place Is Dirty, This Is Not A Over Statement. Zero Health And Safety When Using Hazardous Chemicals. Workers No Idea About Hygiene. The Place Is A Total Mess. How This Place Passes Swab Tests And Audits Is Beyond Belief. Training Non Existing. Avoid At All Costs.

Corrupt culture from the top. Loyal and hard working employees with long service. Constant complete middle-management changes. Filthy place with no apparent hygiene standards.

No ability to move forward taking advantage of employing and firing agency workers not properly sterilising equipment and aggressive team leaders no training provided and unwelcoming environment and off putting people 

Amazing place to work met alot of great people working here ...hard job on the line piping and cutting strawberries would go back in a heart beat if they let me wear my eyelashes 

Fast paced which makes days pass by quick. Always someone to lend a hand if youa re unsure. Very welcoming team who don't seclude new staff members ..

Too many chiefs, not enough Indians, they really haven't got a clue how to run this bakery, running out of ingredients everyday, cause they're not paying their bills. It's a total shambles🤣🤣🤣

All I can say is terrible place to work more staff come and go than a flight to benidorm I would never work for group of sour people again waste of my time could possibly be a waste of yours
