You will find a helping hand when ever needed. The job is challenging, very diverse clients, and diverse team. I love the job, great people.

Everything from staffs to management and our clients work environment and my 5years experience.

It's when the company brings new clients  with behaviors and as facilitator we have create activities for the clients.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Basy sometimes but always runs well before the day ends.

This is an Australian based not for profit organisation providing work and training to adults with disabilities. Duties included rostering and updating attendance for payroll, ordering supplies and ensuring all application paperwprk has been completed correctly and forwarded to the correct department.

A typical day would be updating roster for absentees and staff changes.  Making sure it was always accurate as this is used for payroll.  Balancing petty cash daily.  The hardest part was not knowing what to expect from one day to the next.  The most enjoyable was the friendly staff.

In Mambourin Enterprises no day was the same witch made every day I worked there a new experience everyday. I would recommend this line of work to anybody.

A productive workplace. Each day is full of dynamics, fun and challenges. No two days are the same. Never a boring day. Good management and work team. Plenty of room for professional development.

Mambourin is very good place to work at. The staff are very helpful they look after workers very well. Managers are amazing i am very happy working in there. But is just because of Covid 19 most of casual  staff are out of work

The experience here was very heartwarming, everyone was nice and I loved to volunteer. The people were a joy to work with, and the lessons I learnt I will take further into future jobs.

If you want to make a positive impact in a persons life, who has been disadvantaged due to disability this place may be the work place for you.

Some positive changes being made to improve work environment. Service needs to be more person focused and more staff/worker appreciation and value would increase moral.
