Great mix of clients.
No pressure put on you if unable to attend a service, rostering staff always polite.
Always reminded to keep training up to date.
Workplace culture was good, staff notified regularly regarding updates on policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Management were easy to access if there was any need.
The hardest part of the job was  to complete training and mandatory training in your own time which was at times annoying.
The most enjoyable part of the job was without doubt the clients. The office staff were always a delight.

High turnover of office staff. Certain office staff have poor phone etiquette.
CSWs given very little guidance, fine if your used to working independently. 
Depending on your area, can spend hours of your day travelling to/between clients (kilometres paid, time not). No reimbursement for gloves/masks etc, nor are they provided to staff. Other agencies have higher pay rates. CSWs on casual, so no job security. Pay attention to pay slips, underpaid a few times.

What is the best part of working at the company?
There is usually lots of work available. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Going to lots of different places after short shifts. They sometimes give you too many cleaning jobs even though you ask not to.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
If you aren't one of the favourites you could have problems.  They listen to gossip.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy working at a nursing home or working with people in the community.

A typical day at work for me is arriving in the afternoon to go through a handover for what has happened in the day, so I don't miss anything if someone calls in. I am always learning on the job, and it is a great experience overall. I feel that I have great support and there is always something to look forward to.  MBC has a great attitude toward working but you can also enjoy your time whilst at work.

While working with MBC Nursing I found them to be understanding and they were eager to deploy me in roles like Transport that they knew I could manage as at the time I had a very bad chest infection which I couldn't shake but have now addressed and am better and am confident and eager to further my employment with them.

MBC Nursing is a lovely place to work for. With relatively new management, things have been wonderful. An understanding of work-life balance, flexibility, but always there to have a laugh!
There’s never a quiet moment, you’re always on the move which is great to be busy. Definitely recommend. 

good company to work for.  Staff are friendly and approachable.  You can choose what day or hours you want to work and they pay weekly. if I rang for help they would be really nice and address my issues

Poor managment that blams staff for their lack of direcrion and support. Incorrectly pays staff. Dose not support approprate clincal care. Woukd not recommend this company to to do anything but look after their own wealth.

I started working with MBC as a CSW, I expressed my interest in growing my career into more of an admin role. MBC Nursing heard my want and allowed me to grow my career in this industry. 
Very happy working for this company and will happily refer a friend.
