A typical day at work would be arriving at the office at 9.20am and doing pitch training and having an office meeting to look at sales figures and what our targets for the day would be.
We would leave the office at 11am to go to our turf for the day and finish between 6pm and 8pm depending on any appointments.
The managers were great, some even came out on turf to show us how they sell the product.
My co-workers were very friendly and upbeat, we would go out on the weekends together and everyone got on very well with each other.
There was no real hard part to the job, as long as my attitude was maintained.
The most enjoyable part of the job was meeting local australians and getting the chance to see the suburbs.

A typical day at work: arrive early, turn the system on before coffee, check the e-mails for new complaints, prioritize and allocate cases to Team members to action, if urgent I action it myself.
I've learned to give them space, trust them and let them work their own pace and praised them for their good work and give them free movie tickets. 
 Very good and fun workplace and because of it supervision wasn't necessary as deadlines were met without problem.
The hardest part of the job is when customers are difficult and cases get upgraded.
The most enjoyable part of the job is when cases are resolved and closed.

This was a fun and energetic team, everyone worked well together to reach any goals for the week. The management was wonderful in the sense of always being there and knowing how to get the best from the workers. The hardest part of the job was leaving to be honest but I was looking for a career. The benefits of being at Lumo were regular drinking nights, pool table, and frequent sausage sizzles they held.

Working full time in a customer service role is sometimes very challenging, mentally. I learnt a lot of new skills regarding customer service, phone manor, KPI's and full time work.
The most enjoyable part of working at Lumo Energy was the relationships I built with my colleagues. It made work a lot more enjoyable.

When I was a sales rep I was over worked since i worked from 9:30 in the morning and didnt get back to the office till 9 o'clock at night. was told that parties on friday nights were mandatory. overall very unprofessional.

The job was mostly paperwork and problem solving, the work environment was enjoyable for the most part

The hardest part was adapting to the environment whilst the work itself was enjoyable

was a busy job, with talking to people who were financially struggling. lot of counselling financially and getting them to pay off their debts

but all in all it was an experience and was my very first job

Wonderful people, wonderful work environment. Needs to improve managers who seem to favor certain individuals, needs to give more room for consultants to move up within the business.
