What is the best part of working at the company?
Support clients and staff if needed and I always be there to help out and I show them how to make expressions for their self 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Tell one  person and then they won't listen or have attitude towards staff and other clients 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Yes it is really helpful for the client to come in do fun activities 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Within unstaff , clients do not listen half the time

With so many companies to chose from, don't make the mistake of working here. There is no support for staff or clients for that matter from management. 
You are not paid fairly for the job you do. No paid breaks, no allowances for using your own car to transport clients or travel from client to client. Have to do your shift notes in your own time. 
Money is the only vision for this company.
Do better LiveBetter! Your clients deserve better, as do your staff.


Staff shortages brought on by the fact no one wants to work there, and those that have, have had the sense to leave when they could.
Poor, unskilled management who rule by the sword. 
What was once a great place to work is now just a job with little prospect of improvement.

Clients are lovely to work with, as are most of the staff. I get the feeling though that for alot of them there are so many job roles that no one knows exactly who is responsible for what. So many chiefs and not enough Indians and if you are a member of staff raising a query, it shows.

Most of the work with clients is cleaning. Basically you’re a poorly paid cleaner. The job is described as providing personal care, shopping and companionship but neglects to mention that you will be cleaning a lot.

As a casual worker, I have enjoyed being a staff in livebetter. Good management team and coworkers. Live better is a good organisation to register your family member who is living with disability. Live better gives the best care to their clients.

Great supportive team management and team .    Casual or permanent part time positions.   Working for Livebetter as a Disability Support Worker is so rewarding, being able to support Clients to live their best lives.

Livebetter is the worst disability place i have ever worked in! 
The clients needs are not met and staff are not aloud to bond with clients!
Clients in livebetter care are beautiful and it's very sad to leave some.


Live Better gave me the opportunity to work towards a permanent part time position with the company. Within three months I had a permanent part time position. Enjoyed working with this team.
