The staff members who worked in the campus were amazing and bright as well as skilled, supportive, motivated, and productive. The company provided sufficient amount of learning resources for the educators and children and all of the Educators were creative enough to use the resources in a meaningful way. I feel I was lucky meeting and working with those people as an EDUCATOR.

Working at little learning school Croydon Park, certainly taught me how to deal with challenges, daily. Great families, but staff are constantly overworked and unappreciated. Staff morale is very low due to extreme pressure. Centre is very under resources.

The most enjoyable part of the work is teaching different varieties of children. Since I've been working there, they always smiles and happy to be there to learn. Everyday is different and as a person I have develop through the good and bad experiences.

Shifts change fortnightly, Staff and management are always changing. Didn't give the opportunity for children to create bonds with educators with the high turn over in staff.

Not enough rewards/praise for staff.

I did job there as a cook. Management was helpful. My job was stressful because cooking for 140-150 children isn't easy task. And especially when we have to be very very careful for food allergic children. I learnt many things over there. It was actually nice and bit stressful experience. I gave it 4 rating.

Visiting the community by distributing educational and health books to them. Provide them with palliative care if needed.
It was very challenging, I've experienced a lot in this work.Facing their difficulties and tried to solve them.

Very fun, yet professional work environment. Great atmosphere for children, loved working here! The attention to detail staff have is absolutely amazing, and the care provided to the children is immaculate!

I only worked here for a couple of days as apart of my school working experience. However, it was a good introduction into the working field. It was a very good experience would recommend this company highly

Preparing food for 80 children per day. I prepare morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and late snack. I also do everyday cleaning including all dishes. I also do online shopping for the centre once a week.
