there wasn't a kettle in the shop，I need to buy one by myself.
I need to face its poor management, my  manager used her authority and stop me from working for  over six months without any reason at international airport. After I complained to her, I go back to work at domestic airport. But  the manager still use his authority and schedule me to work 11 hours only per week. I still have to deal with his double shift standards. He ignores others lateness and early, chats on their phones during work. He frequently came to my workplace to find the slightest inappropriateness. It makes me feel a lot of pressure.

the hours are awful. they have no appreciation on what you do.the pay is barely above minimum. Good place if you're looking for a steady job. Not really as much opportunity for advancement. Decent benefits, with a good management team.

more politics in higher-end.
work culture is not good.
The manager loses control while talking to the staff.
Lack of discipline.
some people in the workplace do not work efficient and others are loaded with full work.

they give long shift as well as short too. they have more than 12 store in airport so we will get to work i. every store can learn so mang things . management is not too bad but sometimes they keep changing rosters. Awpl is very diverse will find almost every nationality people .

Co-workers are nice. Meet a lot of new people. Friendly environment. it is a retail company. team members get staff discount. also 50% of water purchase. fewer hours of works.

It was good working inside the terminals domestic and international, I worked in retail so there was expired stock(magazines and newspapers) which we could take which was great. 

The working environment with your colleagues is great. But your main barrier is management. Business is very dependent on the amount of stores that is operating. Even worse when the global environment is bad ie. COVID19

Favourite job learned many differnt roles and also worked at various locations. Awesome atmosphere and opportunity to see some famous clientele. Great environment.

It’s had to get a growth in your career although you gave your best.your dedication is rarely motivated.organistion structure is too complicated.
No personal skills development.

Well structured work strategies, employees are trained very well for the work. Continuous encouragement to reach targets. Attractive salary. Good staff
