I was working doing some work getting big crates from one place to another and we got set up, everything went smoothly until we found out that the crew that had come the day before hadn't cleaned the mess they had from the crates brought then and we then had to deal with that. I learned that a well oiled team can accomplish anything as we just set out to get it done and we all helped each other, did it as a team and the final result was accomplished. The management was exemplary as there was no panic set into the group. Communication was there even though things weren't looking good and I feel that it made a big impact on the morale. Workplace culture today is improving as things such as bullying and harassment is being wiped out as well as work place equality, it definitely makes it different in a good way. The hardest part of the job was the physical labor as it was bringing all this up a hill. I enjoyed the fun we had, it was a long day but I consider that one of the best work days I've had to date.

Working in a fast paced environment where attention to detail is required.
I have learned how to liaise more effectively with clients and customers achieving a friendly and professional workplace relationship.
Management is approachable and supportive. I feel no hesitate to ask questions or seek guidance.
The customer is very cohesive and inclusive. Working remotely does not seem to be a barrier in ensuring I feel included and appreciated.
The hardest part of the job would be the when situations change and all the work you have done on said project is for nothing. This is the name of the game.
I enjoy working with diverse cultures and personalities to achieve common goals. Very rewarding when goals achieved.

They are happy to take the output of someones work, but not properly compensate for it. And openly admit they know they are not paying you enough. Not a place you can stand up for yourself, either. Do that? Get iced out by your team-lead, and be made out that you were the problem. Proper gas-lighting. You can be told your job is secure, to then be shown the door weeks later. Lie to your face style management.
They may have changed their name to BLU, but under-the-hood this is still the old Labour Solutions Australia (LSA). Change or paint, nothing more.

•	Human Resource coordination
•	Recruitment inclusive of advertising, developing position descriptions, candidate screening, placement negotiation
•	Setting up of new accounts including negotiation of payment terms and conditions

My daily duties included all the usual labouring jobs, moving materials and equipment around sites tidying up and helping tradesmen. The staff at LSA are very prompt when it comes to work when they have any available, all pay was always on time and they were always friendly and polite.

A typical day can be long and tiring, but also good fun. If you're picking grapes you tend to start early and finish early which means you have the afternoon to yourself. Any other job means you'll start a bit later and could be working in to the evening which does mean you might miss out on some beach days but you get hourly pay which is good.
