Wonderful Culture, friendly with very few exceptions. Even management are people you could have fun on the weekend with. Good systems to work with once they fixed the bugs. Little in the way of inter office rivalry at the base level and work together with each other well.

Bad work life balance compared to salary. Some cases of weekend work however RDO given to make up for it. Often working back late due to work demands. Management feels like too many cooks in the kitchen some times. What seems like high turn over with them as well. A lot of micromanaging sometimes when asking for help instead of simply giving a quick answer. Shows they do really care but aren't the most effective.

Would I work there again? Yes. It's definitely somewhere that I felt at home with good staff programs and management who do seem to know that we're spending 9+ hours together each day every week. However I'd need a pay rise in honesty as I found I was working below a livable level.

Nothing there is nothing special about working for these people completely nothing.

Working for them you have no time for yourself

If you are white you are looked at funny as so much you don't fit in

Very much degrading and not knowing that you have a job the next day

One of the cleanest places to work, until they got rid off the main cleaner. The warehouse manager was good, the assistant manager was even better. I was a casual for nearly 12 months before we all got stood down because of the COVID19 crisis. I started on the 3rd of April 2019 & my last day at work was the 27th of March 2020, a week short of 12 months.....

I worked here as a Sea Freight Trainee, doing basic clerical and admin work. Coworkers were always kind and happy to help if needed and had great management.

Clients and brokers can be hard to work with and the work can be pretty stressful in the busy season. I saw a lot of people working overtime and not giving themselves a good work-life balance.

KN was a powerhouse with very structured and focused disciplines in place in order to drive success and profitability.

The company had a great system in place for financial management and industry leading solution tools.

It's a fun working in this company. I have learned many things like, RF scanning, reach forklift, dispatching & receiving orders. Management is good. Never put pressure on workers. Co-workers are friendly and very helpful. Nothing is hard because everyone helps each other to sort the things out. I enjoy my whole day specially when we are busy.

I worked as a casual worker here. All their staff are pretty friendly, at times it could be stressful situations but it's okay. They pay on time and no hassle. Although the kitchen & washroom here quite often would be in terrible condition.

U will be receiving lots of lip service from this company.  They will keep on adding accounts for u to handle but they do not allow overtime so you are constantly under stress to get the work done. No job advancement unless you are a boot licker.

Management are nice
Workplace culture is quite negative
Having to do additional work outside job description
Need to be self motivated

K&N want people to believe that they care about you but this is not the case.The managers cant and dont manage ,no body seems to care staff are stressed out daily but nobody cares.
