Hi enjoyed my time at Konica Minolta, they're a very family oriented business and a close nit team here in Canberra. Although I didn't work well with my Branch Manager I did get on well with my senior managers in Sydney who supported me well.

Their hardware products are excellent this is great because the customers love their machines and so are always interested to know about new models.

The weakness in Canberra at least was the solution selling, they have a strong suit of software solutions that compliment the machines well but it is a harder sell. Ultimately the money is in the software and the more software customers use the less likely they are to leave for another vendor. I know this is an area they're focusing on and I'm sure have already improved upon great in the year since I left.

Great team to work with in the field for the most part. 
Not much growth possible past being a technician.
Internal processes are a mess.
Dying industry hit with Covid means money is tight.
Can be a mundane job once you understand and excel at the position.
Internal product training is great both in person and online.
Cuts in middle management means less direction and help. 
Great business culture 5 years ago but now it seems nepotism and bean counting is all the matters. certainly not a meritocracy.
Management are mostly out of touch and care only what their superiors think of them.

a typical day at work is extremely busy in the service devision with knowledge gained everyday.management is phenomenal and always willing to assist where need be.my colleagues are friendly willing to assist and very friendly,we are like a family-i work very well under preasure it was the hardest part at first of my job but its a second nature to me now-i love working in the service devision.there is no hardest part of my job i enjoy everything of it.

Low paid and terrible management culture. People only got on there if their face fitted. 
There were a lot of changes since the time I joined until when I left. However, I made lots of friends, but it was too stressful to stay.

A typical day starts with SAP .

I learned organizing my work and more specifically I have learnt to operate SAP in this company.

I was happy with my management 

Co-workers were helpful , pretty organized corporate environment.

Hardest part of the job should be described as "not so moving"

Most enjoyable part of the job was team work.

My day to day is to arrange appointment to visit customer on site and provide training and resolve any issue on site.
The most enjoyable part is to travel around Melbourne and meet new people.
Themes difficult is you are not always in the office.

Amazing experience with learning, and career growth. 

HR is great and happy to always talk to employees when needed. 

Overall great culture. 

Management was always thinking of how to cut costs and salaries are not competitive.  

This company (Melbourne branch) under the then major accounts sales manager (now the Branch Manager) is totally toxic.

Political, Greedy, Self Serving and un ethical.

this was a great place to work. The managers are really friendly and all the staff are great to work with. 
there was never a time were i could not ask a question or offer some assistance if needed.

I personally did not like working here at all primarily because the management was poor and the training in the field and in the office was non-existent.
