Kingston Beach Dental is a great place to work. From front of house to back of house and management , the  teamwork makes it a positive place to be! The equipment is modern and state of art, which makes it easier to do your job. But also great to show patients the status of their oral health and how we can help them maintain optimum oral health. 
There is a no blame culture at KBD just an openness for constructive feedback so we can all thrive. 
I love going to work and building rapport with patients and work colleagues. The willingness for all to help each other make the experience for patients great is my favourite part. If you’re keen on a positive teamwork based environment to work then this is the fit for you!

Since starting at KBD I have been given endless opportunities for work and personal growth. The hardest part of the job is..... that's it, there isn't a hard part. It's so easy to come to work and have an amazing day. 
KBD offers high quality dentistry to all their patients, with a positive work culture. 

A typical day involved assisting with procedures, interacting with patients, and learning from the experienced team. I gained invaluable skills in dental care and patient management. Management was supportive, fostering a positive workplace culture. The hardest part was managing multiple tasks simultaneously. The most enjoyable part was contributing to patient satisfaction and being part of a skilled team dedicated to dental excellence.

I am able to strive for the best health outcomes for my patients as sufficient time and resources have been provided to me. I have seamlessly integrated into the team and made to feel welcome by all my colleagues. The owners Felicty and Martyn have emphasised a good work culture to ensure everyone is able to work in a comfortable atmosphere.

No day at KBD is the same and that’s what I love! The staff absolutely make this work place what it is. Everyday I wake up and love coming to work. I love being apart of such a fun team of people who aren’t just work colleagues, but also feel like friends too. The management team are very approachable and value feedback, their door is always open. We have such a great network of people who are always there to help and support one another all while providing the best patient care day in, day out.

Each day is busy with lots of opportunities to learn. I think there is very thorough systems for new people and everyone is really friendly when training. The owners are really supportive and encourage us to be our best. The hardest part is some days are super busy. The best bits are the facilities, training, treats and conditions like getting paid for your birthday!

As a Dental assistant, I have worked in many different Dental clinics around Australia. Kingston beach dental is the best workplace I ever work for. The work culture, staffs, every day learning and caring environment is what it outsmart the other practices. Its not the just the workplace but an instituation to develop your personal as well as professional skills. I am very much proud to be the member of KBD.


Systematic tight-knit workplace where you can thrive. Fun and friendly environment with amazing support always present if needed. Busy books from the start where you are expected to provide a high standard of care. Practitioners and staff hold high respect for each other and work well together.


Kingston Beach Dental is a great place to work, with very supportive, knowledgeable staff and  great training procedures and lots of opportunities for growth. 
The practice is very modern and in a great location, with shops and free parking close by. 
I started working at Kingston Beach Dental 21 years ago and couldn’t imagine working anywhere else. 

With 13 years experience as an oral health therapist, this has been my most favourite place to work. I felt extremely valued by the whole team.  A fast paced practice with outstanding working conditions, gave me the work life balance that I needed. Such a fun place to be part of an incredibly supportive team.
