Such a great place to work, people are wonderful and the culture has remained incredibly positive even with the majority of the workforce going remote.  Everyone wants the company to be a success and in return, ideas are genuinely considered to improve.  I'm lucky to be in a job that I love and that I have genuine flexibility around my family life.  

The organisation was incredibly unorganised, leading to frequent delays and confusion in tasks. Additionally, they consistently failed to pay the correct amount, leaving me feeling undervalued and financially strained.

The work environment was excessively stressful and toxic. Management seemed indifferent to employee concerns and fostered an atmosphere of hostility and mistrust. Overall, my time at Kent Removals was a regrettable ordeal, and I strongly advise against anyone subjecting themselves to such an unpleasant experience.

I know I love working here because I don't have Sunday night dread!  The people are the best, great value, always willing to help and the fact the culture is still very positive after all that we have been through says a lot.  They truly offer flexibility with working from home or flexible hours.  Management are very supportive and go out of their way to ensure staff feel safe and feel engaged.  They love building their own tech which means a fair bit of change but they are agile in their decision making which means we lead the way.

Really good friendly always heaps of help

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Go too depot get truck ready with materials go out and load or unload peoples furniture

they way the workers commit to there job is amazing but the management team don't actually move furniture so they think removalists are robots who don't get tired and work you in the busy period 16+ hours a day then the next day off without any notice.

Promised work from home 100%, 10 days before mandatory onsite work commenced (without knowledge of this). Told must work from office otherwise will need to quit. 
Coerced into resigning to suit upper management. Treated like a number although picked up tasks quickly. Do not fall for the lies and promise of fair treatment.

Many internal issues, most departments within the company don’t align and this causes poor customer experience.

Work load is intense on a daily & not enough staff, therefore setting staff up for failure.. 

The coordination team is united and a great team to be apart of but unfortunately so many other issues factor in which ends up taking a psychological toll on your self 

I have been with Kent relocation now for 3 months. I've felt supported from the get go, with any questions, concerns or worries being answered and reassured. My management team is beyond supportive, and the overall environment is amazing.

Great company to work for, very approachable management who are receptive to new ideas. 
The company cares about it's people and appreciates there is no business without us so is always looking for ideas to improve working conditions.
