Management is a disappointment just horridly negative, rude, disrespectful, arrogant, immature and nasty

Lack integrity, appreciation,respect for employees 

Toxic,environment, the aircon is  hazardous  to ones health, cold like a freezer or hot like a sauna causing illness for many employees, not enjoyable at all  anymore because the company has gone down hill where it concerns their employees

Staff super helpful and friendly- as well as patient. Flexible work days and hours, great facilities & friendly/safe work environment. Enjoy the multiculturalism and no bias. Enjoying my time here, will say it’s all KPI based. There are minimum KPIs to hit each day and it can get quite stressful when people won’t do your surveys & the fact that you won’t always be able to hit that KPI!! Pay is good. It’s very much like the hunger games: the people who are doing well keep their jobs and the people who don’t lose them. Even though I got offered work for the rest of the year am always scared I will have a really bad week and get demoted. Not many options for promotions already like 20 managers?

Kantar has a toxic exclusionary environment and culture. Staff are scared of the managers, anyone who is below management level are treated like they don’t matter and are hardly included in social events even including staff meetings. It really bordered on workplace bullying. From the time I was there to the time I left majority of the staff I started with had left due to the overwhelming workloads and toxic workplace culture. Management act as if they have a great culture and everyone is happy while staff are having mental breakdowns by how overworked they are and how isolated they feel. 

A typical day gives the opportunity to talk to a number of different people on the phone. The culture is quite supportive and people are treated respectfully. Espresso coffee machine is supplied as well balsamic vinegar - a nice touch. The managers are generally encouraging and efficient. The hardest part of the job is calling people that are not whiling to speak to you, become abusive and remaining polite and professional. The most enjoyable part of the job is contributing to the overall performance and a feeling of shared achievement.

Tasks are incredibly repetitive as you’re having the same conversations everyday by following the same prompts, no sense of autonomy or delineation from the assigned process and it’s incredibly soul sucking. Confined to long tables of people slworking side by side where the noise and speed of chatter around you is some sort psychological incentive yo pump out your calls faster. Overall quite a grim, and depressing place to work with no redeeming qualities or pay or conditions 

Communicating with new employees, supervisors to meet quotas and bench marks. How to communicate very clearly and specifically with many different types of people and how to keep an open mind in relation to others ideas and perspectives to make an informed decision.

High energy and great company culture. Great, friendly and talented people. The business offers great employee perks such as half day Fridays for 6 months of the year, catered events, off-site events, massages every month. The people was the most enjoyable part of this job.

Easy, monotonous work that'll earn you a decent chunk of cash if you can swallow up being bored to death for four hours at a time. Progression is difficult and work tends to be seasonal, but if you're looking for just a job - this place will cut it

Tedious work, but everything else makes up for it. Management that is understanding, extremely flexible hours and shifts across 7 days available. Decent rate. Fantastic place to work. 

I hated it. Look at the Team Leader's. Arrogant manner. Micromanagement. I have never felt so belittled by a child. Boring work. Non enclosed bench space. Issues hearing when all chairs are full.
