Good working environment very professional staff with extensive knowledge of electrical and instrumentation construction. Great atmosphere within the projects I have worked on. Staff look after their crews and stand by them when there are issues. The work is intensive and very intricate at times and the crews bond together and help each other out. I really enjoyed my time at Kentz. I worked for them for a priod of five years in total on major projects as well as small upgrade projects.

I realise how lucky I was to find a job that I actually looked forward to going in to work. I think a great deal of that was due to my co-workers, who were more like family. At times it could be a very high pressure environment, like anywhere, which I also absolutely loved because it challenged me so extensively

Its normally start with greetings and make the atmosphere a bit friendly.
And then talk about safety make sure do the right thing, like they always said better ask a silly question than make a silly mistake.

It was a good roster for the local community. I learned a great deal and enjoyed the mate ship attained at work. I became very proficient in my duties as a QA/QC Supervisor and obtained quite a few office based skills.

- Expect productivity at the end of the day.
- Additional skills on my craft.
- Good management.
- Good working environment with good emphasis to safety culture.
- It is a 3-long years at the jobsite.
- I was able to send my children to university and finished their course at no cost to the government.

Typical large infrastructure company. Very safety conscious. Good pay.  The rest depends on what crew you're with and how adaptable and proactive you are. 

A relaxed workplace for the most part for me, just get on with the job and clarify anything you need to get the job done right first time.  Good supervisors, very helpful in most cases and looked after the guys if there were problems on the job or in the camp.

Kentz was a great place to work. Staff were provided with many opportunities to learn new skills. It was exciting and I am so grateful to be able to be a part of such a big project, the construction of the Ichthys Gas Plant.

started with them as a TA and after 6 months got offered a electrical apprentice and was the best thing 
got plenty of experience throughout the time working with them
