busy organizing staff, dealing with internal and external customers, have to have limitless patience and understanding for everyone you come into contact with. the most enjoyable part is the relationships formed with certain staff members who will always help you out of a jam if needed. the management, well , unsupportive and disrespectful to us as supervisors. the hardest part of the job dealing with upset visitors, family, patients staff.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Great place to work, close to home , free uniforms, parking can be a problem if you’re on a afternoon shift, Good pay and recognition of Advanced EN and pay accordingly 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Nothing, this place had no negative stressful situations, but if you are in casual pool you could end up anywhere 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It’s the Ramsay way, it’s a work place where everyone works in the teams

work culture is draconian ' you will do as i say' . 
Management are slaves to KPI's when all the other major industries have figured out that KPI's  were killing their business. 
If you dont fit in their box and become one of their hampsters on the wheel of profit you will have a hard time. 
You are watched all the time and their ' staff retraining' programme is harsh.

This was a casual role so did not get to meet or have contact with any Management.
Most staff are very friendly and we worked well as a team, in all the areas of my role.
Condition of the hospital and workplace is good. Mostly clean and well maintained.
I received more positive feedback from patients which made me feel proud and happy to work for Ramsay Healthcare Group

Most staff were bullies on the ward I worked on. Not alot of support which made it difficult for new nurses. 
I would work in community nursing or aged care any day.

Gr8  place to work colleagues  where a really nice group  of pple to work with however  due to having foot surgery  and alot of time of as a result  and then covid hit then had to have more foot surgery  the hrs had been cut back and so had the staff so unfortunately  my position  was no longer  available 

Although my time here was short, I thoroughly enjoyed the different aspects of m position and looked forward to going to work every day! 
Whether it be off-site buildings or in hospital itself doing general cleaning or PPE or patient services. 
It was just always interesting!

Workplace culture is advertised as GREAT, but they only ever show what looks good.
Management - when you have to do your managers job for them, only so they can take the credit.
Hardest part of my job is not getting too bored.

it is a great company with a great team and working culture.The management is organise and communicate clearly of what is required to keep the company at a high level.

Its a great company to work for ,you have to be willing to work longer hours when its busy and short hours when its not busy,Variety of shifts in different departments
