Working at Johnny Boys has helped me in many ways such as developing customer service skills, dedication and commitment. But unfortunately, the shop under pays their employees a great deal and continues to disrespect the workers. I feel they like to take advantage of the fact that the employees are quite young. A typical day at work is productive but resentful as we know that we are being mistreated. The hardest part of the job is changing prices to fit a strange order, although it is quite easy after practice. The best part is when you serve a happy customer. My co-workers are in the same boat as me so we can help eachother when having any difficulty.

Typical day at work includes preparing customers foods, taking customers orders, restocking shelves, folding pizza boxes, cleaning dishes, preparing meals for the weekends, dealing with customer complaints -

Co-workers are multi cultural, lovely and always friendly. Most enjoyable part of the job was continuous learning, always gaining new information that you'd be able to use later in life. 

Hardest part of the job was constantly being busy but it certainly beat the slow nights!

I absolutely love my manager John at Johnny Boys Pizza, he is very respectable of all the staffs personal lives with school or university or even second jobs. He also tries his hardest to follow through with any of our requests and makes the work environment always fun and never stressful. He is always assisting me in finding a second job with writing me referral letters and always encouraging me to try for different ranges of jobs.

The co workers were very friendly and easy to get along with.
A typical night at work was 5.30pm til 9.30pm, i would serve customers, take phone orders, prepare orders, wash dishes and preparation of food for the next day. 
Learnt the best way to resolve customer complaints. 
The most enjoyable part of the job was satisfying customers. 
The hardest part of the job was feeling unappreciated by the managers.

Not the best place to work, at all. Staff are severely underpaid and drivers get paid LESS than the shop staff. You are over worked, treated as though you are worthless and aren't very lenient with any circumstance. Petrol isn't compensated for, nor are the repairs to your car if it is damaged on the job. Very poorly managed and overall just an underwhelming place to work. Collegues are nice at least.

My personal manager was extremely inappropriate towards me and other under age co-workers in the work place. He would swear and yell at me in front of customers. The establishment was filthy and had the worst hygiene practises. We were forced to sell food that would not pass as safe for human consumption.

its a great place to work and start amazing people welcoming and fun over all. they teach you many different techniques the workplace culture was amazing so welcoming and and inviting

Good people to work for, just a part time position.
This role is only a position to pay the bills whilst I am looking for a career or long term role.
This is not a career role.

a fun workplace. everyone had little jobs to do. Working in a team environment. Talking to customers. lots of job satifaction. lots of customer compliments.

I loved the work, and had the skills. The work gave me experience in this area and managing shifts. The managers were unfair and paid in cash which is not what I wanted to continue with
