My role involves meeting with centrelink clients and addressing their barriers to employment, ie mental health, lack of skills or qualifications, inability to jobsearch correctly
I advise on employment opportunities and provide support and advice on how to achieve employment, be it a survival job or career goal.
My centre manager is very supportive and knowledgable and we all work as a team to achieve the best possible employment outcomes for our clients.
The hardest part of the job is being abused by clients of centrelink who do not want to work.
I know I have achieved when my clients gain employment or training that will secure a better future for both themselves and their families.

What is the best part of working at the company?
It's local. It's one of the better service providers around for young people.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
An awful lot of administration to do.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Poor culture within the company.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
7 appointments a day resulting in 5hrs of administration work.

Jobfind was honestly one of the greatest companies I have ever worked for. Great company culture, caring, interactive, down-to-earth management, helpful, you get recognition for your work. I would recommend anybody who is looking for a career in the employment services to work for Jobfind.

Overall nothing bad to say about the people however Pay is extremely low compared to industry standard and they justify this by saying they're "the number one service provider in australia" which is well and good but does nothing for me personally. lots of pointless weekly meetings aswell.

Overworked, overlooked. Bullying culture and exceptionally high staff turnaround. Staff are treated as disposables. Not everyone is treated the same, depends on who you know. Below market salaries.

Wouldn’t work there if you suffer from anxiety, my female work colleague was bullied really horribly. We took the matter further but nothing so this manager stills works there I imagine.

I learnt alot from this company, There were some friendly co-workers others could be quiet two faced.

Excellent position where I could make a difference.
Most enjoyable time was seeing a difference in people who thought they had no chance.
