A typical day at work you can be expected to be very social, talking to present clients at the gym whist also confronting new members and offering services towards new members. You have to be on your feet and ready to answer any questions that are asked and have a good understanding of the Fitness Industry as well as administration and management duties. 
I've learned a lot towards Marketing and Business since being employed as a Personal Trainer at Jetts Fitness, as well as lots of new fitness related training styles and techniques. 
Working with others has been enjoyable and you can benefit if you have a good relationship with the other co-workers in regards to getting new leads and information.
The hardest part of the job is not having a fixed salary i can rely on, it makes having a normal life stressful at times, although when your putting in the time it can be beneficial. 
The most enjoyable part of being a Personal Trainer is that you can apply what your learning into your own training as well as client.

New to the PT Industry ? Brace yourself, it's going to be a tough journey. It is said that to be successful as a trainer/coach it will take a minimum of three years. Typical day at work will consist of conducting free sessions in the efforts of converting them into a paying client. The amount of time and effort towards building your own business for little reward in return is not worth it. Clients provide 100% of your income and when you lose one client or have accumulated cancellations, it leaves you with an unstable income and it is not fun. 

Jetts is known for providing amazing customer service and I agree. However to reach out to different types of clients you need a top class facility that targets everyone. Jetts only have basic equipment which makes it hard for all trainers to accomodate for their ideal clients. Do your research, don't rush and find a franchise or facility that suits you best.

Great guide and help you will receive, especially being new PT in the fitness industry, but the work and hours you put in leaves you with little to no reward towards the end, the amount of free Pt sessions you give with the very low conversation rate that comes with it really stresses you out the amount to time you have to give and stress that it takes to become a successful Pt really isn't worth the reward you get in the long running your own Pt business with the little effort and time to put in would be outdoor group sessions where rent is cheaper and the conversation rate is higher with more affordable prices than doing 1 on 1 sessions where it's more expensive and harder to sell.

A typical day at work would require me to dress appropriately by the companies dress code and consistently welcoming and helping people that have questions. I would have a store manager in telling me what to do each day at the start of the day and do about my job after very well. The workplace culture is amazing and is filled with crazy fun people who are motivated to working out each day to having a healthier life. The most enjoyable part about the job is meeting new people I have never met and casually having a conversation about something random.

i can not give accurate review as i was only there on work experience . I do have to say the Personal Trainers and the Manager are the most friendly people i have meet and it was a privilege to meet them and work in the same environment

clean machines , windows, floors , toilets , mirrors , walls
when the gym was clean the members kept it as clean as they could
management were very easy to work with
very friendly 
coming back after time off
mixing with the members

What is the best part of working at the company?
Old, small, outdated, poor structure.  Never understood the why you would call a gym "JETTs" either. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not enough people want to join these gyms now.

Great place to work but not many options to grow or progress in your career.
Not much support from upper management and lots of miscommunication, lack of processes in place, but also some greatest people who will go out of their way to help you.  

to be honest it was a little boring because the wasnt much to do and basically done the same thing every time i was there my work hours werent long so i liked that and the manager was a nice lady

Poor process, clearly no structure
Doubt if the people involved really understand the business
No real training - just get in there and sell
Member service is secondary
