Hurricanes grill

Work at Hurricane`s Grill in Surfers Paradaise was so much fun.
There it`s everyday different, we served a high volume of guest constantly from different ages and places, as great environment to develop customer services.
I learned to face management changes and keep working efficiently as part of my job. 
Management shows an example of perseverance and commintment with their roles in the company.
The hardest part of the job it was develop good communication skills in a multicultural team under presion and fast paced environment to offer a quality of service on time.
The most enjoyable part of the job it was being responsable to make people feel comfortable as part of my job

I would highly recommend working at hurricanes grill in darling Harbour, they give you enough time to learn everything step by step, they support you and they give the chance to ask questions and learn new skills all the time. The hours and the payment is very good and fair.

I have never worked as a waitress before in my life, but here in this place i learnt a lot. they taught me everything to be a good waitress, the restaurant is so busy mos of the time so i had to learn how be quick and give my 100% taking care of my customers and make their experience in the restaurant exquisite.

Bad and dirty job. No feel of work life balance. Work becomes stress. Not recommended. Alright, firstly the communication and jelling together is missing. Though some have out of work ties.

i felt glad i work here because it help me in building my strength on my work and gives me path to work under pressure. a best place to work where you can find several things to learn and especially get a chance to learn new things.

I enjoy going to work everyday.I learnt to work at a fast pace as the restaurant gets very busy especially busy on the weekends.Our workplace culture is very good as I get to mix around from peoples of different backgrounds.

Food is good , I don’t know about service, cuz I’m working kitchen side .
I did cook a lots of food .
Meet, seafood , desert.
Everything was good for me .

All in all it's a good place to start if you're looking for a good workplace.Staffs and managers including the bosses were very friendly and working hours were flexible as well.

They start shouting without any reason. They don't want us to take break for a single second. Sometimes I  don't have any fault, but why they are screaming I don't know 

Some days were great, some were awful. Depends on both the FOH and BOH teams that are on that shift. Average pay. Management were pretty great. Overall not a bad time.
