the shift is flexible,i learnt a lot from the online courses you have to go through before you start working,the management is awesome,the  best shifts are given,and the pay rate is the bomb..you get to work in beautiful hospitals like nepean,liverpool etc

The team really care and support the staff. Heaps if work and great rates of pay. They have long  of training which is self paced after your induction . I always feel supported.

i was happy to worked with heartbeat nursing agency, because, i like to help elderly people and i am really enjoying to do a community work. i am  also learning lots of things from my work place.

Co - workers were supportive since I was there casually, the hardest part of the job was being primarily on call, I enjoyed however, the flexibility and being able to choose which shifts I wanted.

There is always something different about each shift and therefore so much to learn. The management is very organised and working with different types of people is quite fun too.

The typical day a work differed from client to client. The management and co-workers were very supportive.  I was given wonderful opportunities that I will always appreciate.
