A day at the Hard Rock was usually very fast paced and upbeat. There is never really a dull moment where you have nothing to do. 
I learned how to deal with customers of all cultures, work with cash and credit cards through a computer system. I gained knowledge on wait lists, table set ups for large group bookings, creating an environment that clientele won't get anywhere else. Management is aways around to help out when times get tough and they were all happy to get in with us and do the hard yards. Everyone got along and if you didn't, you just left it to the side while you were at work. You get on and do your job, because its not abut you and your co worker, its about the customer and the experience you need to give. The hardest part of the job would have been working in school holidays and having customers become angry at you for the hour waitlist at 6pm, peak dinner time for tourist and anyone on holiday really. However, the best part about the job was that you could be yourself, you could be loud and over the top and no one would judge you or bring you down.

A particular manager is the reason that you would not want to work there but the staff are so lovely that you were willing to wait for a better job or till that manager leaves

A fun place to work, nice people from all over the world with different cultures and personality to display. I learnt a lot of different methods to make and prepare food and tried a lot of food which was great.

i havent worked in a better place yet the atmospher in the restaurant was one of the most enjoyable it created a real positive energy in the restaurant

everyone here was amazing. From management to coworkers, it was always a good time. we had people that knew how to work hard and play hard. i would go back in a heart beat!!!

Always have a having fun on work specially on Hard Rock Cafe we have different nationality so everyone have different personality and attitude. They provided a training for new comers and give a chance to learn from their superiors.

Really nice company, lots of fun when working , very busy in the same time but I had lots of fun

The Hard Rock was definitely a great place to work. Fun, fast paced, busy restaurant.Shifts go fast. If you like music and food you need a job at the Hard Rock.

Always had well maintained truck n equipment, Boss was a top fella n understood his workers and our needs, both at work and at home family comes first he always told us.

no recommend to any one to work in that kitchen until the management change. Abusive and racist people on kitchen. the treatment it's really bad.
