  I enjoyed my tenure with HCL and also got a lot to learn at work. I had to leave the company as I had to relocate to Australia.

They give opportunities and freedom to work.Apart from the compensation benefits,workplace is good.Could stand improvement.Communication needs grave improvement.

HCL is having good work environment and supportive members to work with. No problem as long as you are in project. In my last 5 years have learned many applications and business rules, and got chance to improved myself and proved my capability.

Can learn multiple technologies, with lots of fun and innovations. Apart from routine work there will be lot of other stuffs includes white paper writing, blogging and things which are actually beyond work.
