HCL is a IT services company, the model it works in is offshoring work from India to different countries for It services,
The work included, a lot of policies and compliance adherence, Conflicts and issues of employees, Compensation and benefits schemes, Legislation guideline, Immigration updates etc.
Employee engagement was another activity that was a key factor.
Performance appraisals was another activity that was done by me.

Hardest part of  he job was when there were compensation issues and as HR we really didn't have a role to play.

What I enjoyed most was the employee engagement activities I did with employees.

I have organised many event for our employees in HCL. One such was a event called CULTURATI--I organised a potluck in office and it was one with a difference, each of us had to bring a dish that was from a different nationality and it should not be a dish from the nationality the individual belongs to.
we had dishes from 20 countries and we talked about how each of these cultures are and their cuisine, what are they famous for etc.
it was a very successful event,

HCL has given me a tremendous change in my life via this Project Sydney trains.
Not only  they gave me a chance to work,  but to travel, meet people , learn the Do’s and don’ts. Am sure I did back my best in return.
 
Before boarding into the trains, It was Boeing who made my life easier and exceptional with all the love and guidance for which I will always be feel gratitude for.

Very fragmented organization who show no signs of being unified for the sake of the wider organization.

Very poor employee relations, lack of engagement, continued broken promises, readily willing to sacrifice an employee in order to save face.

This was my dream company to work with.Very much satisfied working at HCL.My manager was my mentor.I have learned so many things like work ethics, decision-making, leading the team while at HCL.Good experience on Infrastructure projects and Financial projects.Love the training.

Australia is very nice place to work. As country is expensive, salary needs to be reinstate if you are living with family.
