What is the best part of working at the company?
I wouldn't know, I was only roster for 1 session of training which didn't actually cover the majority of how to use the systems etc

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Despite having full availability and being assured during the hiring process that I'd get consistent hours, I was not roster onto a single shift during the 4+ weeks I was under their employment. The pay for the 'training' I attended didn't even cover the cost of the headset that I was required to purchase for the role.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
No idea, despite contacting them multiple times about availability, I did not get a shift and only interacted with 2 other new starts during a 3-4 hour training session

great group of people to work with, everyone celebrates group wins and goals, management are easy going and have very reasonable and fair expectations and are always on hand to support you in your role. Love being able to work from home, as a single mum i was finding it hard to get a job that didn't impact daughter to much, in this role she can be at home with me while i work(no childcare cost or after school care).

Since day one, the management has been supportive & facilitated a safe workplace

Whilst now working from home - tools such slack & easy access to manager & team leader ensures support & learning logs are on call to do my job well

Regular weekly team meetings

I feel comfortable in raising issues with my management team & get quick response to any concern or system/procedural issues

Forrest Marketing Group provides a great work life balance and being remote is just one of the amazing things working here has to offer. The support and ongoing assistance is felt throughout all of the team and management and there is never a shortage of a helping hand.  

I work remotely, and enjoy the benefits of strong team support from afar. Forrest Marketing has embraced employing people using technology. My skills on the computer have exploded and my job satisfaction is 100%. A great team to work with. 

Setting telephone appointments over the phone to businesses on behalf of clients in order to set an appointment with their sales staff. Maintaining databases, online diaries, quality controlling appointment forms set by telemarketing agents to clients.

So much for an open door policy . These guys were great to work for until issues arose.Just make sure tou be a Fair Market value employee .If you do decide to leave just know their open door policy is not actually true

Nice office to work in but were unable to provide enough work on a regular basis. Working mostly on the phones calling other businesses. Expected to make high volume calls but also deliver quality appointments.

my favourite job so far, great pay, relaxed and understanding management, kind and hardworking team, honestly couldn't ask for more. VERY happy working at FMG
