Good company to work for, and co-workers are mostly great people. Some staff drama within certain areas and management don’t really care about your work-life balance or things going on in your personal life that may affect work. Was provided decent training via the online LMS, but was shown little on-site training when it could have made things run a lot smoother. There are little to no employee benefits and job can be very  physically demanding. There are also very little breaks given to staff, even when you are entitled legally to a 10 min break for a 5 hour shift, it is not uncommon to do a 5 hour shift with no break.

the boss under pays you changes your shifts in the middle of the night cuts shift hours after they have been worked so don't get payed for entire shift had an incident where she has performed first aid on multiple occasions without holding a first aid certificate herself and deems herself the safety marshal told a staff member that they where wrong to see a doctor and needed stitches after she had performed first aid and said the doctors shouldn't have done anything although she performed an incorrect procedure for the injury

Very good. My workplace is fantastic! The environment is welcoming, and the team is supportive, creating a positive atmosphere. Management values teamwork and ensures that everyone is well-prepared for their roles. I appreciate the emphasis on customer service, and there are opportunities for skill development. The workplace culture promotes cleanliness and safety, making it a comfortable and secure place to work. Overall, I'm grateful for the positive experience and community at my workplace.







Supervisor at Flipout Bundaberg was a job I enjoyed a lot with a great working environment as I really got to connect with the customers. However, the amount of hours they expected me to work for only a minimal salary wasn't good on my financial lifestyle. I worked 80 hours a week for no more then 500 dollars before tax.

There was a lot of issues with hours. The younger 15-year-olds were stuck with pay-to-back work all weekend and always complained about being tired while the older employees barely got anything. It was a bit hard when there was a lot of pressure from management. Also, when you're doing parties, the parents can sometimes be a nightmare.

That being said, it was often fun. There are a lot of good people there and working with kids is great.

Not a very good place to work at in the summer as temperatures inside can be very hard to work in. When I worked there, there was a good working culture, although their was no HR or management of staff.. no proper induction, training or any benefits.

Fun environment staff and very friendly and take care of me and help me when in need love helping kids learn to do things and younger adults so that they feel like they have achieved something while being there.

Shifts are long and most of the time if you are working party’s you do not get any breaks, if you work party’s, you will be trained on 2 party’s before they give you a party by yourself. I’m my experience with flip out, you get paid late, sometimes 3 weeks late.

Worst company I’ve ever worked for. Toxic and childish people that like high school drama when they’re in their 20s. Gossiping constantly about other staff and supervisors don’t do anything. 

FlipOut is a fun, friendly place with amazing staff and people. The manager is so nice and caring and likes to make sure that you are always feeling well. She taught me a lot about customer service, presentation and respect.
