Good client provide’ good understanding , regular shift , good pay rate, 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
All parts very good , staff very good , but some time extra hour staff not pickup phone call,  otherwise all good 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Good staff provide in the client and works . Respect all culture clients. Every problems helping. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Some time clients very high care 2 workers allowed but in case 1 worker not coming other worker very difficulty handles client why self .  Client and worker telling office but not available that time other worker .  So that time coming little bit problem but otherwise we handle everything

What is the best part of working at the company?
It was a very bad experience. Felicity is worst company any one would want to work for. I spend four years of my life working for felicity. For years no holidays or sick leaves. Last December I took one holiday came back my job is gone with out any reason.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
They don’t regard you as a human being.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
If you’re not from India you worth nothing. They don’t respect you.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very stressful. Not good experience working for felicity

Working with a fantastic quality company that strives to help & improve the life of people in need of assistance.  Great team to work with & to be apart of.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There is no stress as it is a well organised company
I love my roll as a support worker.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
A great place to be apart of a welcoming feeling.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Great as the shifts are great hours that work well. Usually always a good shift

Worst of the worst management. Especially the management is totally run by unprofessional. Favouritism and its peak and no benefits for employees whatsoever.  Seems like management only after financial gain through NDIS clients. Not recommended at all

Management needs to provide more support. They will hire staff, which are not meant to be in this field. Lack of training and support makes it more difficult. It’s not just a business, it’s a work where we help our clients to achieve something in life, which matters for them. 

I am really thankful to FHC for giving me an job opportunity. Its been nearly a year that I have been it's employee. Employer and Management team of this reputable organisation are very helpful and they understand employees so well.

I learned their communicating with other, time managing, take care about children’s, understanding different people feelings behave according to their feeling without hurting them

One of the most valuable aspects of my job as a support worker is the opportunity to build genuine connections with patients. Being able to make a positive impact on their lives, even in the smallest of ways, is a privilege that I cherish every day.

Working in healthcare as a support worker brings its own set of challenges and rewards. Being able to provide emotional support to patients, helping them through difficult times, is one of the most fulfilling aspects of my job.
