- Time limits
- No sitting, always on feet from day to night
- Only allowed to sit during break.
- Breaks were only 10minutes and one 30 minute break
- Pressured to work and meet impossible dead lines
- Equality was some times non existant. 
- The amount of work was unrealistic.
- Pick atleast 2,000 per day
- Heavy Lifting, mostly unaided
-Packing time limits
- 1 minute per order, some orders consisted of big merchandise that had to packed specially by the packer. (Come up with an idea to pack weird shaped merchandise or very large merchandise that can fit normal boxes)
- Over time was a must or put on standby

Met a lot of new people while working at fastline. Also learnt how to use a pallet jack and use it responsibly. My co-workers were very helpful and supportive when I first started. My boss was a very friendly person, always making sure workers were okay & on task. Supervisor was grouchy, yet very lenient towards her employees. Always fair and just. Loved working here, but came back to NZ hence why I am no longer working.

Sometimes we not busy,and sometimes we only work like 3-4 days a week.But working at the Fastline is fun,and I really do enjoyed working there with the help of our staffs and also our supervisors..The most enjoyable part is,when we are in a rush of stacking up the pallets,is that when you want to do something fun just to get that anger and tiredness away n to keep you going..

Working at fast line is a very active and a fast paced environment. I've learned how to use an RF Scanner by using the scanner to pick and pack, stock taking and replenishment. The culture around the area is very multi cultured. The most enjoyable part of the job is that there will always be work to do and the hardest part of the job is nothing at all.

Always keeps me busy.
Pick packing skills i have gained such as scan packing.
Management is ok but people chosen to be in charge are mean and think they are above all.
Co-workers not as friendly at first.
asking co-workers for help is difficult because they get annoyed and want to get on with what they are dong.
being busy all the time is good for me

Typical day: Everyone working and just simply having fun. 
what i learned: I learned how to work in a team. 
Management: It was great, we all got along, and we understood everything well. 
Co-workers: I got along with everybody. 
Hard part: Being on standby
Enjoyable part: Being at work. What can i say, i love working.

I wasn't getting paid much and wasn't enough to get by the week despite doing overtime. Women complained that I worked too fast and to slow down or else there would be no job the following day. This led me to feel that this job was not going to help me become financially stable.

A typical day at fastline was good, the people were great & work was easy. I learnt how to use a RF Scanner & also learnt how to scan pack along side hand picking items. most enjoyable part of working at fastline was making new friends.

I was in this company for a little less than a year working and saving up for University. I was lucky enough to work here and be able to learn how to use a scanner to scan orders. There was a lot of walking and the pay was very good.
