FSG AUSTRALIA

FSG stands for Focus  Social support and growth.
This is what my job entails. Allowing others to reach their potential. 
I assist people with shopping, personal care, cleaning cooking, day programs, group homes, social support, community participation, and companionship.
This is a very rewarding role where i develop great working relationships with customers.

When you work somewhere that exists to promotes freedom, social justice, and growth for all, you also get those benefits yourself. This is an organisation that practices what it preaches and does a lot of great work within the community - much of it self-funded.

Very strict in finance department. Big brother is watching all the time. No talking, no laughing, no loud noises, everyone is always looking over their shoulder and reporting other finance team members to management or HR.

Unfortunate that FSG Australia had closed operations. Clients were easy to support, and fellow workers gave each other support.


Work/responsibilities were quite straight forward, easy to follow.

Coming to work in a great team environment. My job involved matching support workers with customers and I was able to review how everything was going and this could be very rewarding to see how customers had moved forward.

Management can be unsupportive of team members and their opinions. Values are fine and outcomes and expectation are realistic. However can be an unsupportive environment for employees

FSG PEARL programme was a wonderful place to work. The peiple there are caring and it was evident with the work done that the company makes a difference in the lives of the people that attend.

i worked with autistic individuals helping them live independent lives and also helping them access the community and going out for activities and social places

Management were great very supportive.  Offered training, I had a great upline who always helped, the company grew very quick had a fabulous place to stay for holiday programs 


This company has beliefs in social justice, growth and freedom for all their customers. The dedicated workers do a great job supporting members of our community.
